Ordered to go and there was a hold back, regarding onE of our order. They gave us gift card for the trouble and instead of serving substandard food they made it right. We havent been having good luck with other restaurants recently but id definitely wait for what we paid for. And the food? EXCELLENT!!! Blackened tips burger, and cheese pizza they were all really good. And the service cant be beat!!!

Busy night in Pierre so this review is focused on the food itself. The walleye was good, served with a fresh bed of potatoes and veggies. The ravioli was disappointing. It was basically several overcooked ravioli on top of a bed of ground beef and very little sauce, topped with burnt cheese. It just wasn’t appealing or tasty. The meatballs that accompany the spaghetti are tiny, have no sauce, and are so strongly seasoned they are not appealing. Even our server, who noticed they went uneaten, notes the same strange spice and shared that she doesn’t eat them for the same reason. Great atmosphere but we likely wouldn’t return.

The restaurant is connected to the hotel where we stayed, so it was a short indoor walk to reach it. Didn't know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. Had a salad and salmon with roasted fennel, mushroom, arugula, parmesan crisp, roasted garlic polenta, gremolata butter - yum!! Both were really good, so much so, we went the following night and ordered the same! The restaurant was jam packed, but they managed to keep up with the service pretty well (the second night it was so crowded they were a bit strained). If staying at the ClubHouse Hotel, this restaurant is a must due to the ease of access, if staying elsewhere, it is worth the journey to get there. Well done!!

We arrived about 5:30 and was told there was a 15-20 minute wait. No problem. We were seated in about 15 minutes and we sat, and we sat, and we sat. Finally the server came to get our drink order, two iced teas, and our dinner order....steak and gorgonzola pasta with a chopped side salad ($3.00 extra) & then a Chopped Salad with Salmon with a side of potato soup. And we waited and waited and she finally returned with the two drinks and bread. We waited some more. A man came up with our dinners and put them down and asked if there was anything else. We told him we didn't receive our side salad or our potato soup. He rifled through the tickets and said well it isn't on here let me go check. We were half way through our meal (which was very average) when what I assume was the manager came by and asked how it was. Before we could tell her of the omissions, the server came over and said I didn't put their soup or salad on the ticket. I told them I didn't want the salad anymore but my husband still wanted his potato soup. The manager said she would take them both off of the ticket and the server reiterated that they weren't on the ticket to begin with. Both said the soup would be right out. We waited and waited and someone else walked up and said "tomato bisque soup?" I about came unglued. I told her to take it back, we were finished and it was the wrong soup on the third try! I would not recommend this place at all.

The restaurant came highly recommended and obviously is in demand from the local population. I don't know what the find in the place. I ordered on-line and picked up my order. Service wasn't bad, but not great either. I really don't patronize restaurants for the service or the atmosphere. the food is more important to me. I ordered a portobello dish, one of the few options on the menu available to a vegetarian. The mushrooms were rotten, and no amount of cheese or spice could conceal that what they served me was inedible. I tossed it after spitting out a single bite.

We were taking an overnight break in another town and this restaurant was recommended. We had a salmon dish and a chicken dish. both were done perfectly and had unique flavors. The plates came out fresh and hot. We had a wonderful time even though the service was a little slow. They were busy and we understood. Most eating establishments are struggling with help these days.

This restaurant was attached to the Clubhouse Inn, where I was staying. The dinner and service were excellent! I had grilled walleye, salad, and bread. The fish was cooked perfectly, and served on top of a lovely mixture of asparagus and other veggies. Emerald, the server was awesome. So glad I went there!

Stopped in for dinner. Very nice ambiance. I ordered chicken parmesan with a ceaser side salad and my wife had the steak tips. Both meals were delicious. I was surpised at the size of the meal and wasn’t able to finish it. Excellent meal and great service. We’ll be back. Travel safe.

We were staying over the road at the Baymont (terrible) and could side this place from the window. It looked a bit funereal from the outside, but it was close so we gave it the benefit of the doubt. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the inside is less gloomy than the out. We were served quickly and the food was good. Only issue, my sun is a vegetarian and ordered the macaroni cheese, when it arrived it had bacon pieces in, which weren't mentioned on the menu.

While the food was very good, the menu didn’t resemble much from an Italian restaurant. No Parmigiana dishes, no lasagna, no cannelloni, no tortellini, and no ravioli. While there was spaghetti and the steak was very good. The menu was largely American bar food. I would choose this location for a decent family night for generic American food, but definitely NOT Italian.

Atmosphere great. Diverse menu. Mediocre food. Margarita pizza was a swimming in water from fresh tomatoes. making the crust a soggy mess and the pizza was inedible. IT was a busy night and the place was full. We could not get the waitress to return to the table so we could correct the issue. For Pierre dining choice, even this seemed better than chicken strips at Dairy Queen (Although the Dairy Queen food was better prepared and delicious!). Eat here at your own risk.

Great food and presentation. The restaurant was super busy and we had prompt service and the food was delicious. I ordered chicken with a champagne sauce and my husband the walleye. My daughter got Mac and cheese and we were all pleased. The only downfall was portion size was not huge but that is to be expected from this type of restaurant.

Great location, food portions were generous and delicious. The "cheese bread" was unlike any I have experienced which is usually a few slices of bread with garlic butter and cheese. This was more like a cheese pizza and was again, delicious. The prices were reasonable.

Italian food. Nine of us were seated around 8PM. Comfortable seating. We received good service from our waiter. The food was served hot and was flavorful. I asked for a second beer which I didn't get but that was minor. All in all a good experience.

We had lunch here and my husband and I shared a pizza and the Pear Gorgonzola Salad. Both were very good. In fact, we liked the salad so much that I've been making it at home. Their menu has a nice variety also.
