Stopped in for a a few beers and some apps, Service was right on , ordered wings and ..Mac& cheese fritters, came out very quick. BIt into the wings, frozen inside!! Called waitress back, she was very apologetic, wasn’t her fault, she’s taking heat for...the chef! She agreed wasn’t right, took it off the bill, Mac & cheese was ok. Will go back for drinks, food? the “chef” should really learn how to prep wings for the line! Or learn how to cook! Other wise a nice local bar.More

In town for snowmobiling and this place was recommended. Busy Friday night so waited a few minutes to be seated. People here are not happy to be wearing masks and you definitely get looks for wearing one. Food came quickly, staff was busy but friendly....Looks like a fun place to come on a weekend with a large group.More

Was so looking forward to the great Bloody Mary we had our last visit. It was not good, didn’t drink it but was still charged the $8 for it. Our waitress made the drinks? No bartender in the place? They said they would make a...new one, but would that have been any better? The boose was funky and drink had no flavor otherwise. Party of five and got stuffed into booth with chair on end. Food was as good as last visit, but the drink and the table situation is enough to try a different place on our next trip back down.More

I ordered meals for delivery. When the food arrived it was cold and terribly disappointing. It appeared that none of the food was fresh but everything was frozen. The onion rings were not fresh and were very "pasty". The fries were cold and soggy. It...was difficult to find the fried onions on the hot dog. On the Clucking fries, it was difficult to find the chicken Well, the sea gulls had a feast!!More

This place was PACKED when we arrived around 7pm on a Friday. All the outside tables were filled. We were led to a large banquet looking room, and the waiter was turning on lights in that room as he led us and 2 other parties...in. The menu is somewhat limited if you want something other than a burger or sandwich. My son and I had the cod and fry baskets. They were ok...not the best food I’ve ever eaten, but decent and filling. I would order it again. My husband had the roast beef sandwich with Swiss cheese...it came served hot, and he said it was surprisingly very good. His dad had a BLT, which he also enjoyed. Turns out our waiter was actually the owner, and when things slowed down a bit, he took time to chat with us. He’s lived in Deadwood his whole life and shared a lot about the areas weather history. No complaints about this place, and we were happy to support a locally owned business.More

It was a gorgeous day to sit on their deck. My husband and I shared the roast beef sandwich and onion rings - both hit the spot after a day of hiking. Seemed to be a favorite spot for locals. Friendly servers.

Ate lunch here today and ended up basically regretting it. I had a cheeseburger and the burger itself was great but most everything else was disappointing. Bun not fresh, lettuce was small undesired cut pieces from the head, but the onions and slice of tomato...were good. Cheese tasted like carnival cheese, not real cheese. French fries cost extra and certainly are not fresh. Whatever McDonald’s makes their fries out of, these are of a similar fake food style. Wife had the fish & chips and some of it had a strong fishy taste ( not typical for white fish) and ended up with a nauseous feeling about an hour later. Not I’ll, just uneasy. We immediately thought of the fish. Can’t say for sure or we’d give fewer stars for sure. We were enroute to spearfish canyon from deadwood and stopped here for lunch. FYI there are many other lunch options after you reach this place. Not the worst place for a burger, but certainly wouldn’t recommend eating here to any of our friends.More

The burgers are juicy, tender and large. However, the fries were very disappointing. Only the patio is open due to Covid. The waitresses do not wear masks if that is important to you. Our waitress was very helpful in getting us a spot in the...shade which we appreciated. Water only comes in a bottle which you have to pay for. Prices are reasonable.More

The burgers are a meal in themselves. Thick and juicy. Onion rings are excellent. Love the “sassy” wait staff as it fits the ambience of the place perfectly. Stop! You won’t be disappointed.
