I've never had such a bad experience in a restaurant before. We stopped in here on Saturday night for dinner. Waited almost half an hour for our food, but there was a large table next to us waiting so we figured it was a lot at once. Server never bothered to check on us or refill our waters or ask... More

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel, and we thought it was very good. I had the Buffalo and Elk burger and it was prepared very well. We would go back.

My wife and I had breakfast here twice. The food was ok but we did not think it particularly stood out compared to other places we have eaten. The portions were large, but our food arrived rather "cool" rather that piping hot.

There's only a few places in Hill City to eat and this is one of the best. Good Elk and beef ribeyes!

We really loved our breakfast here. The omelets are the best ever. The Sweet Cream Pancakes are awesome. We really enjoyed our breakfast here and we just stopped in because we were starving and didn't want hotel food. It was really very good family style restaurant.

We wanted to go to the Alpine Inn but the wait was too long. We saw this place and decided to try. The Buffalo my strips were kind of tough. The portions were small including sides. Service was good, but the price was kind of high for the food we received. I would probably not return, except for drinks. Good... More

We went here during the rally and during that time all they have is the breakfast buffet. Would not be a problem but the food was almost entirely lukewarm. It was so bad I finally said something after we all debated asking for a microwave. Rather than apologize I got a person who came out from the kitchen with a... More

My daughter enjoyed her spaghetti and meatballs. The chicken fried steak was too greasy and smothered in gravy. The mashed potatoes were good.

Salad buffet had lettuce, cottage cheese and potato salad. No tomato, onion, cucumber, peppers, etc.... Potato salad was sicky sweet. I had the Italian dressing but it was so vinagery I had to shake off nearly all of it. The fish seemed to be from a box of frozen breaded stuff. The fried chicken was very dry. Mashed potatoes were... More

Clean restaurant. Food was decent. Atmosphere was pleasant. Made several trips there. Nothing phenomenal. Just a pleasant place to eat
