This lively restaurant was a great find on our cross country trip. Clean and friendly, with a big selection of menu items. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious.
Our waitress, Deb, was helpful and friendly.

The staff was super friendly. Meat, meat, meat...it was tough to find "good" vegetarian options. I settled on acceptable. It was worth the visit though. If you eat meat, there are plenty of good local options.
The food was great and the service was even better. We ordered the chicken fried steak and it was great but towards the end my girl bit into a long piece of a metal brillo pad that was apparently from cleaning the fryer the waitress...told us. Besides that the place was great. If not for the brillo I would 5 stars.More
The restaurant was mostly locals which is a good sign as it was fairly busy on a Wednesday night
It is not fancy but the menu was fairly good and the portions nice. Our ribeye steak .(which we shared)
was cooked as ordered. Med rare....The service was good and friendly.More
Being in South Dakota, I wanted a good steak. Silver Spur did well on social media, my waitress was most helpful w steak recommendation and it was excellent (sirloin). The fried onion rings were quite ample and not too heavy on breading. Highlight of meal...was the veggies- all quite fresh, steamed to perfection. I cannot remember ANY restaurant in recent memory serving such delectable vegetables. Wish I was staying longer 😔More
Looks like a typical cowboy bar but the quality of the food and value for money is spectacular. The portion sizes are immense! Food for all ages! If we ever came back to Fort Pierre this is where we would come to, thanks for a...great nightMore
