What a welcome surprise on our trip from Boston to Marco Island! Old House Cafe has bountiful, delicious home cooked food served by the most pleasant waitstaff. My Fried chicken was delicious and my husband enjoyed his once a year meal of liver and onions. We'll be sure to stop in again next year! Thank you!!

Parents had the buffet, but the kids wanted a corn dog. We all enjoyed our lunch. Definitely a pick for the locals. My two-year old son enjoyed talking with some local deputies who apparently frequent the restaurant on a regular basis. Everyone was super nice.

Came in on a Sunday. Buffet seems to be the most popular: fried chicken, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, dressing, squash casserole, butter beans, collards, sweet potatoes, banana pudding Roll me out if here!

Southern dining, southern comfort food done right. If you don't try this place you're missing out on a fine experience!

Have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. people friendly, food is good from buffet or menu, and good value for the price.

They offer a menu or a buffet with a salad bar. All are fairly limited and are prepared like home cooking, definitely not a chef's fare. We needed a place to kick back and get a meal after a very hectic day and this provided that. The food was edible but nothing to rave about.

It was a good place, clean and staff was very friendly. There was a good variety, salad bar was fresh. Was a bit pricey I thought though for such a small buffet. Cake was awesome.. Staff was also very very friendly and nice..

We stopped here for breakfast on our way through the area. We all had the breakfast bar which was on the smaller side but enough. Several meats, Eggs, potatoes as well as some southern style foods (gravy was was very good!). I would def consider going back again sometime.
