Having not had one of their meals in 20 years i was very impressed with the following 1) Their website was very easy to use. 2) Conformation was quick and accurate. 3) Delivery was only 2 minutes late 4) No contact delivery but driver was...still friendly. 5) Order was what i asked for and food was delicious. 6) Will order from them again with no hesitation.More

no one in restaruant i ordered a chalupa box at 8:45pm a couple came in after me got their food and left finally was told they had to make my chalupa fresh thats what taking so long i ask how long does it take to...make one and the worker replied about 45seconds i finally got my order n left at 9:02 will not return because this isnt the first time this has happen never againMore

7 employees. Some just standing and complaining about being tired. No other customers in line. We waited almost 15 minutes. The order was wrong. minutes. Then the order was wrong.

I was in a hurry so went to the drive thru. I ordered 2 Soft Taco Supremes. The price was right. I was looking for cheap eats. It hit the spot before starting work. I was easily able to get my order and quickly get...to work. The only thing I was disappointed in is the tacos did not have very much sour cream in them.More

Live Menos! Not Mas. 7/05/2018 I know these are read by other customers, employees, management and owners from time to time. If you happen to be the owner or manager please read this entire review. It may be an eye opener. Keep in mind there...were only a few customers there and it was not busy at all. Looks like one or two of the customers may have employees eating there on their day off. Bad customer service from the moment, I got out of my ride. The front door was locked and had to go around the side to enter. It was unlocked. As soon as, I walked in then some one went to unlock the front door (a little to late then) and then looked at me as if, I was working them or making them do extra. Then there was no cashier at the counter but there were several employees in the back walking around. The customer in front of me was with a young child and he was getting anxious. Not sure why no one came up earlier to help him. Then as soon as the cashier was done ringing him up she looked around (not sure why) and actually said hold a minute for me and walked to the back. Really? You had the customer with his child wait and then you ask me to wait? There was nothing going on not sure why she walked away. Look as if there was something going to happen and, Ill get to that in a later. Then she finally took my order and asked for my name. Then the receipt wouldn't print out she said at first that it didn't for some reason or it was out of paper. She then pooped the top of the receipt dispenser and there was paper there. When she closed the lid it printed the receipt. She then gives me my cup and, I go over to the drink dispenser. I wanted the G2 sports drink but it was out basically water coming out the spout. I asked another employee if t should be refilled. She said yes but then never did. I went back up several minutes later and asked and was told they were out. Would have been nice to tell me instead of waiting and then having to ask. I then try to get the Tea (Mango Tea, I believe) out of the drink dispenser and wouldn't you know it was out as well basically water. I again went to the counter and was told they were out of that as well. I looked at the back and could see several boxes of drink syrup not sure if they were really out or just didn't want to replace it. I'm going go with they just didn't want to do it. This next part is the reason, I came to this conclusion. I was then told loudly, "We don't have anything you want!" I just picked out another beverage. When my food was ready they didn't call my name they just yelled out receipt number. Why ask me my name if not going to use it? As, I was eating all the employees looked like they were on dates. Many of them kissing or being very affectionate with, I assume their boyfriends. On their cell phones and socializing with one another. All of them had envelopes in there hands and very eager to open and read what was inside. Then they all came out from behind the counter and sat down at one of the tables. Remember earlier when, I stated there appeared to be some thing going on? It must have been payday because they looked they were checks. They were having a really great time socializing but they made it clear they didn't have anything, I needed as far as my order was concerned. When, I asked. In conclusion very poor customer service from the parking lot to include but not limited to locked doors, strange looks, wait times too long, laziness, and very unprofessional. This should pretty much cover it if any thing was missed, I'll edit later. I will be posting this to sever other site like this so it will get seen and hopefully if any one is concerned about their customers this gets taken care of.More

I have tried this one a couple of times. A month ago I ordered and asked for a refund after waiting over 25 minutes and no food. Today I thought I will try it again. Huge Mistake. The ad on tv for the Big Cravings...box was not on the sign so I asked and they said that they were a franchise and didn't honor Taco Bell tv ad prices. Place was terribly dirty and they were out of mild and hot sauces. I think The corporation should take this franchise backMore

Help Wanted sign on door should have been our signal. Poor service, dirty restaurant, sub-par food. I got the power chicken salad and jr. cheeseburger.
