We had heard that this was a nice place for a special occasion and found this to be true. The service is excellent and the food is very good. We were seated by a window overlooking the beach and enjoyed the scenery while having a nice dinner. The menu is limited, but has nice choices if you like seafood. The... More

We were pleasantly surprised by what we found after walking around trying to find exactly where the entrance was to Austin's Ocean One. The dining room is very large, with a private room on one side, many large tables, and the smaller ones along the back window have a great view of the beach. The restaurant was surprisingly not too... More

Get there early for a window seat overlooking the ocean! You could hit high tide with a dinner roll; you are that close! The food is incredible, local, and always fresh. The service is superior as well.

Cannot go wrong heading up to Litchfield Inn for drinks. What a view. The food is also very good. The Cabana is very casual and can be loud. But, we always enjoy our meal. There is a more formal restaurant upstairs if you prefer. My folks love the grouper bites. I opted for soup and salad this time. The sausage... More

Great wine list and Sarah, the sommellier will help make excellent choices at your price level. Wonderful food, view to die for, just wish that it wasn't dinner only in the summer. Really well developed menu and choices, not fried food, health, delicious food. Can't wait to go back. Tiny bar. Reservations required. $$$

First time eating here and we loved the view. I tend to like to eat outdoors if I can so this restaurant was off my radar. My mistake. We went on a rainy night and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and the service great. We really liked that the tables were not crammed in and you couldn't... More

Everything was tasty from the salad to the dessert. Everything is house made. This Inn has 2 restaurants, the cafe downstairs by the pool is more casual, and upstairs is Ocean One. Both are run by the same chef. Our waitress Cindy was kind and wonderful and she is also the sommelier, and recommended some great wines. Weds night the... More

Although expensive, we like Ocean One for special occasions like birthdays (for grown-ups) and anniversaries. The food is delicious and creative, the service is good and the view is fabulous.

While we lived her for over 5 years now and were told this place was HOT, we finally got to go. Gonna come back with our neighbor couple down the way as we promised (he is probably reading this review right now). :) Jimmy T was our waiter and boy did he dote on us. He has a 2nd server... More

Gorgeous view overlooking the ocean. Service was spot on and attentive. The food was delicious. The crispy chicken was just that so crispy but super juicy and the vegetables and potatoes were a great compliment. My boyfriend had the grouper that he loved! The vegetables were perfect and crisp not soggy or oily. The risotto was also cooked perfectly which... More
