We vacation in Pawleys ever year and have always wanted to try Bistro 317. The she crab soup was amazing as were the scallops. Save room for dessert too-the homemade ice cream and berry cobbler were unforgettable. Great service and a great experience. We will be back for sure!
First, our waiters were the absolute best. I won't name names, but one is a nurse that works at the Bistro part-time and is a consummate professional. The other is a great young lady with a wonderful sense of humor. My husband asked her to name our fried and scored red snapper appetizers and she handled it beautifully. She was... More
After a couple of hours at the Spa hunger set in and off we went to Bistro 217. It was a late lunch and we ordered a bottle of wine and fried okra to start. The okra was perfectly breaded, seasoned and fried. We told our server we were in no rush and she gave us time and privacy checking... More
Visiting Pawleys for a day trip and discovered Bistro 217! Most welcoming and great service start to finish. Try any of their daily specials and local faves, you won't be disappointed. Ample servings ( great server Anita Wilson), cautioned us that we would have lot's to take home as we ordered multiple starters, salad and entree. Absolutely avoid the chains... More
The hamburgers are outstanding, along with homemade fries!! I We sat in patio area and it's a hot day but the patio area was very comfortable. Went back in the evening for a glass of wine at the bar.
Dynamite restaurant...amazing menu...tremendous food...well kept secret. Rebecca, our server, was magnificent. Do yourself a favor and request her as your server, especially if you speak Italian. Manager Sean also very hands on, professionally courteous and enjoyable. Highly recommended when in the vicinity, do enjoy a wonderful evening here.
Interesting menu with great wine options. A little bit on the pricey side but well worth it. Celebrated a wedding anniversary there and had a marvelous meal with excellent service and will certainly be back. The owner walked around and spoke to everyone at the tables to be sure they had enjoyed their meal very charming!
We were happy to find such a gem of a restaurant open for a late lunch. Sat on the patio which is not terribly hot if the plastic sides are up, otherwise sit inside. I had planned to get one of the yummy salads we'd heard about but after adding that they cook their own corned beef for the reubens... More
The food is amazing. I have been numerous times and have had numerous menu items and they are all fantastic. The staff is very courteous and a pleasure. I think the flounder was my favorite dish to date. For dessert, I love the triple play of ice cream. Highly recommend this place in Pawleys Island.
