Very large restaurant with plenty of seating. Outstanding service from the time you walk in the door. Efficient hostesses. Great servers. Free soft drink refills (even before you finish the last one). Name sake dinner salad is best I have ever had.

Wine, prime rib dinners, and fried flounder dinners, celebrating Myrtle Beach! Fresh salads were delicious. The creamy spinach sides were very 'rich' - too rich with added cheese. Baked potatoes were perfect as well as the fried flounder, golden brown, flaky and tasty. Prime rib, usually the star of the show was tough. Our fault, 3 of us ordered rare... More

I normally not a fan of commercialized restaurants, but since I arrived with friends I'd give it a go. We arrived rather early for dinner in my eyes at 4pm. They have an early bird dinner menu, which was really quite reasonable. we were quickly seated, which I have been told this place can get packed. The restaurant was huge!... More

My wife and I stopped by late evening for lite bites. Have to admit we might not have enough of a sample to provide a quality review. Ordered she crab soup which was creamy, thick, and with just a hint of sherry. Soup was hot and scrumptious. Also ordered house salad which was chock full of hard boiled egg, bacon,... More

My wife and I have traveled to Myrtle Beach for many years and we always stop at the Carolina Roadhouse. What we didn't know until last year is that California Dreaming, which is located in two spots in Myrtle Beach is the same restaurant as the Roadhouse with the same menu, décor and so forth. We have sent many folks... More

Between the both of us I can say great salad, baked potato, pasta and croissant rolls. Definitely one of the best salads at any restaurant here! I really loved the thousand island dressing. Great service and very friendly hostess.

Food was exceptional, prime rib delicious, but staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful. The croissants are worth the trip. Salad was very large, could have made a meal of it. It was very flavourful too. Everything was worth the trip.

I did not have high hopes coming here. Usually when I'm on vacation I like to eat at the local places and stay as far away from chain restaurants as I can get. The food typically is better and (usually) cheaper too. However, one of my family members really wanted to try this place out and it was for her... More

My mom and I are vacationing here and we stopped here for dinner. We got the croissants for an appetizer and they were amazing. The potatoe soup was also really good! The ribs were also pretty good, not to mention the service was fast and our waiter was very nice. Besides being pricey, this place is awesome!

House salads, croissants, pork chop and key lime pie were excellent. Key lime pie is flown in from Joe's Crab in Miami. My wife said it was the best she ever had. The pork chop was a 16 oz double bone chop, it was cooked perfectly, tender and juicy. My wife had theKnob Hill chicken, which is chicken wrapped in... More
