Get a reservation, especially for large parties! We tried to dine here our first night in NMB, but they couldn't accommodate 12 of us on short notice. We came back with a reservation, and a slightly smaller party a few nights later. Good food, exceptional service, and the staff and owner doted on our 3 year old. We intend to... More

Great Atmosphere, Great Pints, Delicious Traditional Irish Pub Food. Our 1st stop after our drive down from NJ. We arrived around 9 and they were happy to seat and feed us. Excellent Fish and Chips, burgers and 'Irish Dip". A definite must with family or buddies. My brother told me about this place. Vey glad he did. Hit the spot... More

We love to go here while we are in the area. Their shepherds pie is really good. Their specials are also great.

We are regulars to Main Street, North Myrtle Beach dining and had not tried Flynn's because we thought it was more bar than restaurant and only served Irish cuisine. We were delighted to find out we were wrong. They have a very nice dining room and serve a variety of dishes including Italian, seafood and home cooked delights like meat... More

After reading the reviews, thought this would be good place for dinner with friends. Sorry we went. Ok drinks were good and had a great selection of options for everyone's taste. Desert was wonderful and the best part of the whole meal. Disappointingly, the dinners between were not quality or meet expectations. She crab soup was bland but this was... More

My family and I ate an amazing dinner here. The staff was outstanding and even went out of their way to make my parent's anniversary special!!! We ate traditional bangers and mash, shepard's pie, potato crusted grouper and of course beer!!! The atmosphere is really cool!! This is a new favorite place for my family to dine while vacationing in... More

Hubby and I were at the door as soon as they opened, 4:00pm per the other reviews the place fills up fast. I had Chicken pot pie and hubby had fish and chips and we shared a crock of Baked potato soup. The whole meal was very good and HOT. Lots to look at inside the dining area. We always... More

A great place to get traditional Irish food. Great bangers and mashed, fish and chips and my granddaughter's favorite chicken pot pie. Their salad and soup selection were good and tasty from what we had. Small restaurant with friendly staff.

Ah, an Irish Pub that serves some great traditional food like bangers and mashed. The seafood here is also excellent. Been here many times and will always return when we're in the area. Obviously a local favorite for good reason.

Description
Located on Main Street in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, Flynn’s Irish Tavern is a locals favorite and a must stop for annual and first time visitors to the Grand Strand. Just a short walk from the wide sandy beaches and first class accommodations of Ocean Drive, and a short ride from the many championship golf courses that populate the north strand. Flynn’s is a perfect place to enjoy a pint or two after a day on the beach or the golf links.Flynn’s is owned and operated by the Flynn Family and the authentic look and old country feel of the establishment comes from Marty’s place of birth, County Roscommon, Ireland. The tavern is housed in the former North Myrtle Beach jail, in fact, the jail cells are still here and tours are given upon request.
