We have frequented this establishment since the mid-2000s and it has always impressed. Unfortunately, that is not that case anymore. Menu has almost completely flipped and the prices have skyrocketed. Service is satisfactory. Some of the food choices are outstanding- others are mediocre at best,...and certainly not worth the price paid. My wife and I only go for appetizers at the bar now- bartenders David and Mandy are both knowledgable and friendly.More

This is our go to for our snow bird trip! We really enjoy this restaurant. Especially the early bird winter menu. My meal wasn’t quite as good as the past because I like my prime rib put on the char grill and it wasn’t as...much as I like. It barely showed the char. My husband really liked his meal ….. he said his was very good. Our friends said their meal was good not great but good.More

We went there with friends. We reserved and got a nice table on the water. The food was good but the service was exceptional. Amber, our waitress was attentive, personable and professional. She turned a good meal into a great meal.

2 couples. Age 65+. Waitress kept calling us sweetie. I asked her to please not. She switched to honey. Food was perfectly adequate. The evening was not worth the price tag. Would not recommend

It was really nothing special. The restaurant was beautiful. The wait staff was very good. We had a table overlooking the water which was very nice. But our meal was just average. We had Wagyu burgers and really couldn’t tell the difference between them and...a burger at BurgerFi.More

The food was superb. The portions were excellent especially the potato petals. That haddock was phenomenal especially the portion size. The service was great and the gentleman, Tim here in the location in Myrtle Beach South Carolina came by several times while we were sitting...at the table.More

We dined at the Greg Norman Australia Grille in North Myrtle Beach. Our server Chelsea D. was just lovely. Chelsea made our experience even better. She was kind and served everything to our preferences. My husband and I ordered lobster and it was truly delicious....The meal was great and the view was stunning. The restaurant is very pretty and spotless. I recommend it if you are looking for a special place to dine.More

Visited on Saturday, 09/10/22. Our group really enjoyed the service from our outstanding waitress Sara and the great busboy Kenneth. Everything from our first drink order to the separate checks was perfect. It's not always easy to do that with a group of hungry and...thirsty golfers but Sara and Kenneth pulled it off. I had a delicious end cut prime rib and a nice bottle of Caymus Cab. Every order was nicely presented, and the evening was a nice start to our golf vacation.More

We love this place. We eat here every year. The shrimp cocktail is so good! The portion is small, but the shrimp are huge! Their steaks are delicious! The service was great. We love the atmosphere as well. It is very cozy.

Went to Greg Norman’s this week for our anniversary and our visit was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we entered, up until the time we left everyone was pleasant. Shout out to our server Thomas, he was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the...menu. Food was pricey, but quality and preparation made up for the price and they gave you a lot of food. Would definitely recommend.More

The meals were very disappointing, over cooked, etc. Then a huge rat came up to the table. We politely told management, they said thank you, and did nothing more. I am terrified of rats, so I ran out screaming, The waiter gave us our $525.00...bill and we paid it. I was NOT expecting a free meal for the poorly cooked meals, but after the RAT decided to join us!!! I think everyone should know about this establishments health issues. It was the week of 4th of July. I sent an email to to restaurant and they said they would get back to me after they looked into it. I have heard nothing. #GregNorman #GregNormanAustralianGrilleMore

Well, we used to love Greg Norman’s and it used to be the highlight of our week. It’s funny how one bad meal can ruin your opinion for life. I am shocked to write this, but I have had better steak at a Ponderosa circa...1987 than I did this past week at this formerly phenomenal establishment. Hungry from a hard day of shopping and beach going, three out of five of our party ordered the 14 oz ribeye, rather than the usual 6 oz filet mignon in an effort to get, well, more meat. Instead, all 3 of us had a thin, overcooked slab of mostly fat with a side of maybe 3 oz of meat, and that is being generous. I did not cause a scene by complaining, but most of my steak was inedible fat. When the waiter returned, and he was a less than desirable server, to be frank, he did not ask how our meals were, but I made it a point to tell him that I was unhappy with my cut. He kindly apologized and I informed him that he was not at fault, but that I just felt I should let him know it was not the cut or quality I had come to rely upon at Greg Norman’s. He offered me a free dessert, which I politely declined, although I appreciated the gesture. He did state that he would inform the kitchen, which is what I hoped would happen, so that no one else would be so greatly disappointed. In retrospect, I probably should have asked for a manager or sent it back to the kitchen once I tasted the first morsel of meat, but I didn’t want to complain, nor to upset anyone else’s dinner (plus I fear sending food back and the repercussions which might ensue). For $150 for 3 steaks, with zero sides included, it was a huge waste of money. We took my daughter’s steak home - she barely touched it - and wound up just tossing it. My husband ate his, begrudgingly, but that’s not saying much, as he was quite hungry. Our other two family members had salmon and lobster ravioli respectively, with no complaints. I think we just had a bad bunch of ribeyes, but, ugh, to pay $380+ for a meal that was so disappointing is just enough to discourage me from ever going back.More
