Cool place to chill. Laid back, great staff and the BBQ Ribs fall off the bone if you talk extremely loud! Place gets really busy, recommend making reservations...

We were not favorably impressed with our first visit here. This place was recommended to us but we thought the food was just “okay” at best. Service was good but it was quite noisy.

Good food and drinks. Everyone enjoyed their meal and drinks. Prices a bit on the high side. Great service.

Went on a week night 7:30 was clearing out. Got sat right away. Staff attentive. After ordering we sat and watched tables that came in after us be served. I went to hosts stand . asked her to check on our food as our waitress...was not around. She returned to our table with the runner and our food. Cold shrimp, cold fish cold potatoes. Plate was returned for hot food. The others just ate it cold. Part of dinner returned hot but had to request the shrimp and hush puppies were never returned. The meal that was returned was taken off the bill. We are out of towers and will not be back anyways, but was looking forward to fresh seafood and was disappointed.More

Looking for a spot after nine to dine and almost everything around was closed. Not Boardwalk Billy's ! We were welcomed! Service from Rachel was awesome and the food was very good. Atmosphere good too with many bar options both inside and out.

A great choice for a quick bite.. We thoroughly enjoyed the crab and quick bites . And the bartender working that day mixes great drinks

Waited 45 minutes for our food. The restaurant smelled like rancid smokey oil the kitchen exhaust must have been vented into the dining room. Our eyes were burning by the time we left. Crab cakes were horrible. The Mac and cheese looked like it was...scraped off the bottom of the pan ,dry and brown. What a waste of money!!More

We visited Boardwalk Billy’s earlier tonight for dinner. We are vacationing in North Myrtle Beach as we do every year. The visit was also to celebrate my daughters 19th birthday. It was PACKED when we arrived. Cars everywhere, I was for sure that it was...going to be a long wait for a table but to my surprise we were seated right away. We were a party of 7. The atmosphere is great although packed. They did have a live band which was nice. We sat outside by the water (not the ocean) this restaurant is not ocean front but does have a nice view. We had coupons for a few crab con queso dip that we used and my youngest daughter wanted to try the crab legs. The dip was meh, not bad but not great. I ate it but it’s not something I would order again. It tasted like white American cheese mixed with canned crab meat. We placed our orders, we ordered Philly steak plates, Philly chicken, an all American burger platter, and the grilled chicken. The Phillys were not very good. A chewy bun with not much flavor to the contents. And the fries were just okay, although I will say it was a large portion of fries. The food was all just “okay”. I probably won’t return. And I feel overpriced at around $160 plus tip for what we got. The atmosphere is what this place has going for it.More

We had lunch at Boardwalk Billy's when we arrived in N. Myrtle Beach on a Monday afternoon. My wife had the Smokehouse Burger with fries. I had the B.F.W. (half pound cheeseburger, fries, and 4 large wings with Buffalo sauce) with a side pint of...Dirty Myrtle IPA. Both meals were excellent as was the service. With so many great reviews, we were excited to eat here. The fried green tomatoes tasted frozen. Most of the hush puppies were dry & crunchy-some were perfect? The cheeseburger was fine…fries also tasted frozen. The sushi was no different than grocery store & the...steam pot. Man. It was awful. It was over cooked- rubbery shrimp, crab legs were soggy, oysters & clams flavorless. We now smell smoky as the restaurant smelled as though something had burned in the kitchen. Maybe it was an off night? No wonder the locals say not to come here.More

Some of the best food and service we received while visiting Myrtle Beach!! The wait was about 45mins but worth it. We just got a drink at the bar and relaxed at the outdoor seating area provided.

My family & I are not from here & only heard good reviews from online! Place was packed out and waited for only a little while, the young lady at the host stand was one of the sweetest person ever. She helped me with family...commendations, because my mother had a walker & then my son a walking condition and she helped and was caring and patient the whole time. I got a chance to speak with her before we left & made sure to get her name. Her name is Taylor & she is a good young lady! Best place & hospitality.More
