Lots of great food choices

My husband and I stopped for lunch after shopping here a few times in the grocery store section. The salad bar, fried chicken counter, and prepared food area offers lots of choices. We both got lunch platters which includes a meat, 2 sides, roll or cornbread, and a beverage for $9.99 (plus several taxes). I got the fish which included three nice pieces of fresh fried fish, rice, Mac and cheese, and a roll. My husband got the meatloaf (generous portion), mashed potatoes and gravy, candies sweet potatoes, and cornbread. They offer sweet and unsweet tea, and several soda selections, along with water. There are plenty of booths and tables and chairs on both levels. Upstairs you can get a table and look across the street at the ocean. We were not disappointed. The food was good and perfectly seasoned. We'll definitely be back to try some of the other options including the soup and salad bar!

We love this place

We visit Cherry Grove four or five times a year and we always shop here. They offer a little bit of everything, that's what's so great about visiting here. If you need it, they have it. Hot food bar is always fresh and tasty. Great sweets in the Bakery. Their meats are the best. If they don't have a cut you like, they'll special cut for you. One of the few places opened on Thanksgiving night and they served turkey, dressing and sweet potatoes- GREAT!! Thanks for being open for all of us hungry holiday travelers

Great for families with small children for supper

our family went to check out the dinner options since we had 5 kids in our group...what started as a lets try it for one night ended up being a nightly ritual as the kids asked to go there for dinner. They had something for everyone and the salad bar was great! after dinner we would visit the bakery and pick up something for a late night snack and any grocery items we needed...We didnt even venture upstairs until the 3rd trip . This place is definitely a one stop shopping place and now that we are home we are missing the food and treats and sushi and souvenirs...

Salad bar much better than last year

So, I gave average because I wanted to include last year in my conversation. Last year I was not impressed....I reported to the workers that there was white mold looking stuff on the cheese. (We’ve all seen it on moldy cheese.). They went to the fridge and brought out more cheese, it was the same. I wouldn’t eat it. I told them to report it to managers. Plus there were a lot of fly’s in the area. I was not a fan. My husband loves a good salad bar, so, I reluctantly went back. This year I was impressed. It was good, fresh, no moldy substance on the cheese, no flys! The price is right. Around 10.00 pp They had a friendly guy going around to clean tables, I didn’t see that last year. I just wish they would POST signs saying you must use clean plates EVERY trip to the salad bar. Or the cashier needs to reinforce this with each customer. Even my husband needed reminded. (Maybe it’s a guy thing). I was the one telling my husband if you want another trip, go get a new plate from the cashier. They give one soup cup, one plate, etc as you pay but they do not make it clear that you must use a clean plate on each trip or they’ll gladly give you another large plate if requested. Most salad bars have plates at the salad bar...not here. It was good and I hope management see’s my concerns.

Thank you for revisiting our salad bar. We do have signs posted reminding diners to use a clean plate and bowl each time they visit and we have reminded our deli cashiers to let people who order the all you can eat salad bar to ensure they are aware of this policy. Boulineau's Has Everything

I particularly like their Bakery, Produce and Butcher Case. They also carry everything you would need at the beach including fishing rods and lures. This is a big plus for tourists. The grocery items are all overpriced. Captive Audience! Took off two points because I recently spent $75.00 for 10 King Crab Legs and the first one out of my steamer smelled and tasted like ammonia. We wound up eating four and threw the rest out, better safe then sorry. I'll stick to the fruit and baguettes thank you.

I just went there to shop while my hubby sat in a comfy rocker!

They have the best variety of merchandise. The outside has a big lighthouse on their building. You take an elevator up to the second floor where you shop a variety of items, but the first floor is an IGA grocery store. I loved it. Then we walked down the street to Cherry Grove Beach.

What a find!!

My husband and I went to North Myrtle Beach to celebrate our anniversary. We arrived around 10:30 am and we weren't ready for lunch yet. We walked on the beach and when we were hungry we had no idea where to eat. There was an older couple near us so I asked them if they were local and when they said yes I asked them where we could get a good lunch. They only made one suggestion! This place has it all. Hot foods, deli foods, desserts and the best soup and salad bar we had ever seen!! The price was very reasonable! They had no less than 12 kinds of fresh fruit and maybe more. It was amazing. I highly recommend if you are close, make an effort to visit. And FYI they have a soft serve ice cream parlor just across the parking lot!! Nothing like a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate!!!

Super Store!

I decided to visit Boulineau's on a recent rainy day. I had never been there before and was pleasantly surprised by the huge assortment of products. From what I raed, the store has been owned and run by the same family since 1948. The parking lot and store were busy, and everyone was pleasant. Service was superior.. There are two levels to the store, though I only toured the lower. They offered all standard grocery products, as well as many items fresh-made in the store. I bought tuna salad, and a few items from their hot bar. I won't visit the hot bar again any time soon, but the tuna salad was great. I found lots of unusual food items such as Hot Sezchuan Oil, udon noodles, and tasty rolls. On the other end from food products were many hardware store. items There was also a separate bakery, a separate florist, and many racks of tourist items. All in one big roof.. Just about everything I could think of. It's truly a Super Store!

Convenient Grocery Shopping

Super convenient to have a grocery store just one block from the resort we were staying at. If you’re not picky about brands, you’ll find everything you need. They have typical name brands, just not a great deal of options like a bigger chain would have. It’s definitely a full size grocery store, and I was able to find everything on our list at comparable prices. They also have a large prepared food section that we didn’t get anything from, but the items looked really good, and there were always people waiting to order.

The Best of Everything You Need at the Beach

There are not enough words to cover this place...it's amazing! I am not sure what they don't have. The breakfast, the wings, the hot bar, the bakery, the sandwiches, and on and on. The deli section is fully loaded. The Sushi is beyond what you would expect. Fresh seafood and meats. The caramel pecan cookie will satisfy any Cookie Monster! This place is better than any Walmart or any high end grocery store you will find anywhere, not just at the beach, ANYWHERE. This is always the first stop for us because there is no other!

While overall we love this place you have to know prices, It had our 24 case bottles of water at $8.99. Ridiculous Overall everything is very high quality at a very good price . However, you must know prices. There are exceptions. This said we loved the place.

NMB Tradition

All the necessities in one spot. The name is synonymous with NMB and it’s as much about tradition as it is getting groceries, fishing gear, or fried chicken. It’s not Wal Mart. As an independent grocer, the prices may be more than your big box., but for convenience, variety, and small town feel this is the place.

Cute local store

Cute store convenient to the Cherry Grove area. If you’re staying in this area it’s a must go. They had a huge deli selection with everything you need to have to throw in the cooler for a beach day. Anything from sandwiches, salads, desserts and sushi. Customer service is great and personal. Unique items and variety. They also had a breakfast bar. As other reviews have stated their prices are a little higher than a big box store. If you’re looking to still experience this place while on a budget. I’d grab all your items from the NMB Walmart. Then go to Boulineau’s for some fun items or last min things.

Food, fun, friendly

Convenient location to our vacation condo for food, supplies or gifts. Excellent deli, bakery, seafood market, butcher. We enjoyed the meals to take back, enjoying our balcony for meals. Fresh cooked to order eggs with the breakfast. Plenty of inside seating. Gift shop awesome too. This is our go to place when we visit again.

A favorite place at North Myrtle Beach

This is one of my favorite places at North Myrtle Beach. They have everything! I love to get my food from the cafeteria and go to the second floor dining area to eat. It overlooks the ocean and you can even walk up into the light house for a better view. You can get your groceries on the first floor where the staff is friendly and helpful. And, I enjoy seeing all the neat stuff in the gift shop on the second floor. There are just some good vibes there that makes me want to return every time I vacation at the beach.
