Fantastic dishes and great service

We visit the beach often and this stop is always a highlight. Every day the menu changes with great specials, and they make all the standard fare, Parmesan, Marsala, etc.. The food is very fresh and extremely delicious. The garlic bread is so good we always order that immediately. Linguine with... read more

Arrived on a Saturday evening with an early reservation. Seated immediately by a window in the dining room. Restaurant filled quickly. Waitress did a good job. One thing I don't like about this restaurant is you have to pay for the order of garlic bread. I had chicken with fettucine and husband had carbonara (not on the menu). The lighted... More

We went here with no reservation but they still seated us. They do recommend you have reservations. We were seated across from the bar at a table that is for two and in a corner. We did not appreciate our place to eat being so confined. They have a menu but we were told they would make what we liked... More

What a wonderful dinner we had!! Every detail was perfect. From the initial call when I made our reservation to the end of the meal was perfect. We wanted an earlier time & all they had left was an 8:30 time so I was going to call back with an answer later in day on Tuesday. Then I received a... More

It might be small, but it is so delicious. Everything is fresh & pretty much made from scratch. If you don't see anything on the menu that strikes your fancy, whatever you want they will try to fix it for you. The menus are quite unique, they light up so you can read them without straining your eyes. The wait... More

I have been to this place everytime I stay at a relatives condo in the area - which would mean at least 6 times in the last 5 years. We've never had a bad meal. The owner always makes a point of stopping by a table or 2. The menu is innovative, and the kitchen is more than happy to... More

What do you get if you mix great Italian dishes with a cordial yet casual atmosphere; fantastic service and an intimate friendly setting ? You get Benny Rappa's. The menu changes every night and if you don't find the dish you want, they will make it for you. A great dining experience and Benny is there to say hello every... More

My husband and I visited Benny Rappa's on our much needed date night. We did not have a reservation and ended up sitting at the bar which neither of us minded. The bartender was very attentive and made great Manhattans! Their menu is not set, and they consider everything a 'special', although they can make any basic Italian dish upon... More

Warm, intimate setting with a varied and delicious menu. The formal menu actually is simply a list of specials and diners may order any standard chicken, veal, or pasta dish. I was looking for a specific veal dish and while not on the menu, our top-flyte waitress, Olya, told us that virtually any traditional Italian entree was instantly available. Service... More

Was not impressed with this place. The food was average at best and over priced. Service was minimal. Menu is limited unless you ask for something. Don't ask for fettuccine carbonara - bland and little hint of meat.
