Good food, great service

The food was good. It was barbecue. I have had better. The fruit cup was nice, though the best thing about it was the strawberries and there were only 2 slivers. I really want to rave on the service. Amy was the best! She was very patient with me since that was my first time there and she... read more

Jim 'N Nicks is known for their low and slow cooked pork barbecue… But their cheese biscuits are absolutely the best thing on the menu… They're addictive!… The baby backs were good but not great… But they give you an ample portion along with two sides… A very good family barbecue restaurant

Great restaurant. Wife and daughter have Celiac and must be gluten free. Manager Chris took time to visit table and explain gluten free options. Food great! Service by Holly, superb.

I ordered the ribs, VERY SALTY! No one in my party really ate their food. It wasn't very good at all.

I was celebrating my birthday and took our family of 6 out to eat at Jim n' Nicks. We had been there (and their sister restaurant downtown) before and really enjoyed the food. This experience was a downer from beginning to end. Our server Miranda could not have shown less enthusiasm if she tried. She was late to the table,... More

The aroma outside this bbq restaurant literally makes your mouth water and the food inside lives up to its reputation! Their slogan is "you can smell our butts for miles" and you really could! Had the pulled pork bbq sandwich with fries and one of the best I have ever eaten. The wait staff is friendly and helpful and the... More

We had a party of 10 and were easily accommodated for dinner. The restaurant servers were attentive to us and flexible in handling our large party. The food here was delicious...especially the pulled pork. I found the beef brisket to be a bit fatty, but tasty. The side dishes (Mac N Cheese, Collards) were yummy and enough for all of... More

Good pulled pork and beef brisket sandwich. Food and beer were reasonably priced, wine was expensive.

We visited Jim'N Nicks in Charleston. We regularly visit their place in Bluffton. The meat was very good but the food served especially the baked potatoes were luke warm even when changed. Nicely situated in Charleston.
