We have gone to Cafe Old Vienna before when visiting in MB, but the food seemed even better this time. Maybe it was the live accordion music that made it taste better. They still have the best spaetzle and red cabbage in the area and the homemade apple strudel is worth the drive. Just make sure you have reservations if... More

We were in town with friends & saw this German Restaurant for the first time, though has been there for 20yrs. We made reservations on a Wednesday & glad we did, was packed. It is a small place & I thinks the locals go there since were there off season. We all had either German beer or wine which were... More

If you enjoy German food, you will love this place. We came for lunch and enjoyed it tremendously. My wife ordered the Pork Schnitzel with red cabbage and spaetzle. I ordered the Weiner Schnitzle with Bavarian style sauerkraut and German potato salad. The kraut had a hint of sweetness with caraway seeds and capers intermingled. The potato salad was lightly... Went there tonight for Valentines Day Dinner. They had a fixed priced four course menu for $31.95. The butternut squash soup was excellent. The salad with house dressing was also very tasty and the Grouper filet was superb. The service was very nice and courteous. Will definitely return again in the near future. Go here for good food and wonderful... More

My husband is the one who likes German food. He ordered the veal dinner with potatoes and red cabbage. He really enjoyed it. I, not liking German food too much, ordered the grilled chicken with spatzel and red cabbage. The chicken was delicious but the mushroom gravy was very salty. We will try it again but not happy with it... More

We celebrated my brother-in-law's birthday at Cafe Old Vienna. This wasn't our first visit & the experience never disappoints. Authentic German, Austrian & Hungarian food - excellent . Very large portions- be prepared to take home some of your meal. Deserts are superb, especially the apple strudel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We love their old world uniforms.... My Husband, sister, brother in law , and I went here for lunch. It was great. Both my husband and brother in law have lived in Germany while in the army and really wanted to try their food. None of us left disappointed. Loved the Styvia Plate. My husband got the veal with a mushroom sauce. All of the food... More

German food offers unique tastes of a culture rich in history. The variety of flavors, tastes and techniques are truly amazing. While visiting Myrtle Beach in the past I frequently drove by indicating my desire to try the Cafe Old Vienna but never having an opportunity. This time I made it a point to fit dinner in. I had high... More

We decided to try this restaurant based on tripadvisor. Our meals were all very delicious. Portions are large so plan on taking some back to you condo for another dinner. I had the saurbraten, my husband and mother had brats and snitzel. They both loved their choices too.
