The fried shrimp platter was bad- super greasy and the fries were limp and no crisp at all! The calamari was acceptable. I had a salad with grilled shrimp but the mixed greens were not fresh- and the sliced tomatoes were warm and barely ripe.

We got the barbecue nachos and oysters Rockefeller. The oysters were good but the nachos were nasty! The barbecue tasted like it came out of a can, definitely wasn’t cooked there. The service was just okay. They were definitely busy. It was more of a...bar than a restaurant but if that’s what you are looking for maybe you will like it more.More

At Don's. We had the best time. We had oysters on the half-shell. A lot of them and Long Island Iced Teas. It was wonderful. The oysters were sweet and delicious. Thank you so much for a wonderful lunch!!!

We were very disappointed with the food here. The $33 baked oyster sampler was cold and not very tasty. We asked them to put the oysters in longer and they still came back barely warm. The fish tacos were smothered in cheese and dressing. The...waitress was very friendly though.More

We went to Dirty Don’s for lunch during a weekday. We were able to find a nice table inside (outdoor seating with beach views were available)due to the extreme heat. The atmosphere, service, drinks and food at Dirty Don’s are all very good! We enjoyed...the fried lobster bites as a starter and ordered the pulled pork and shrimp basket for lunch. We really liked everything about this restaurant and highly recommended it if you’re down on the boardwalk at Myrtle Beach.More

Overall we did have a good experience. Our waitress was wonderful and the staff in general was very personable and kind. The food was pretty good, but I would say very expensive for what you receive at what I would consider a dive bar. Our...bill was $235 for one of the larger pots (split between two people), lobster roll (which was good, not great, it’s not like the picture on the menu let’s put it that way) and lobster Mac and cheese which although was a large portion, came out rather cold and wasn’t packed with seafood by any means. The atmosphere is fun, try to sit outside if you can. The organization could be a little bit better for waiting in line, but I also know they were understaffed. When you put your name in, there’s no way for them to contact you rather than screaming your name outside and hoping you can hear them over the singer who is playing on the patio.More

We got sat at like 8:30, so maybe the kitchen was just done, but this food was bad. I’ve never sent food back in my life but two of our four meals were inedible. The nachos were cold and the cheese was weird and hard....They came back literally swimming in a soup bowl of cheese. It looked like vomit and the chips were so saturated my son tried to eat them with a fork. It was disgusting. The coconut shrimp dinner was served with a pack of jelly because they said they were out of sauce? So weird. So bad. Ambiance was cool and live entertainer was fun.More

Our family of eight made the trip to Dirty Don’s right after a storm so we had to sit inside as all tables outside were still wet. Because of this, we didn’t get to hear the live music, which we typically enjoy. BUT, all of...our food was great. I tried the shrimp tacos for the first time and they were amazing. My mother got the pulled pork nachos and we couldn’t believe how much food she got. Overall, everyone’s food was great and we will be back!More

Came here just after noon on a weekday so there were plenty of tables. We sat at the bar. Bartender was super nice. Ordered a pitcher of margaritas which yields a free tee shirt. Raw oysters were delicious and fresh. Oysters Rockefeller were meh. Not...awful but cold and just ok. I’d definitely come back again and give another menu item a try.More

Fun experience at a restaurant that's within walking distance of several Myrtle Beach hotels. I actually skipped this place the first time through because of a very long line. So, timing your visit during non-peak hours (check out Google for when this would be) is...key.More

Ate here twice during a recent visit to MB. The first visit I had the Shrimp Nachos... they were divine! One of the best things I've ever out in my mouth! The second time I had the Shrimp Tacos and a pitcher of one of...their Specialty Drinks. If you ordered one,, you recieved a Free T-shirt. My son lives restaurant shirts, so Of course I ordered the pitcher! The shrimp tacos were excellent as well, and the drink was amazing! If I'm ever back in MB, I'll definitely be visiting again!More

Fries were burnt and cold on two plates, the other two got fresh fries. Never got refills, couldn’t get our waitresses attention even to get our bill. Food was bland, I got a burger that was a small frozen patty, they call it an angus...burger on the menu. I would never eat here again. My bill was 112 and they gave their self a 20 dollar tip. I gave her 10 and she brought it back said our register automatically does the tip. I’m not sure that’s true or she just tipped herself with my credit card. The service wasn’t worth 10 dollars.More

Visited 2 times during our stay and both times were excellent. No wait either time. Live music on the outside. Service was excellent. Ordered shrimp nachos and calamari as appetizers- both very good. Our party ordered a variety of menu items and all were good....Would definitely return here again in the future!More

We went in June and the oysters were great-on the half shell. I’ve always known and followed the rule: don’t eat oysters in the months with the letter “r” in it!
