Been going here for a few years when we are in Myrtle Beach for our anniversary. ....which is always around Thanksgiving. They have a very nice Thanksgiving dinner, served buffet style. Have a bit of everything on the menu. Have to have reservations. Service always pleasant. I always like to go to this restaurant when visiting. Planning to move to... More

we were out early on a sunday and stopped here as soon as it opened at 4:00. we sat at the bar, planning to order dinners. the bartender suggested we look at the bar menu and order from it. we are so glad we did! we started off with ahi tuna that was absolutely delicious. we also had shrimp and... The Fresh Flounder I had did not have the taste, texture or shape of flounder. Fresh, maybe. If you want fresh fish here, try the Starboard Catch; it may be better.

Dined here during the early dining hours (4:00-6:00 pm) which offered smaller portions at reduced rates. Trust me, the smaller portions were just fine, and made for a very enjoyable dinner (with a little room left for dessert). 😋

For one of the best buffets that you could ever want is at this restaurant in Myrtle Beach. I enjoyed all of the items with excellent choices for anyone to eat. Wonderful prime rib and ham along with seafood choices including fresh oysters on the half shell and large fresh shrimp with cocktail sauce. Eggs Benedict were well prepared. I... More

My parents ate here during their vacations in Myrtle Beach. We continue the tradition on our annual visit. Three of us had seafood entrees, either fettuccini or etouffee. One person had the Caesar salad with salmon, what a large dish! Todd was our server and he managed several tables. The restaurant overlooks a lake with turtles and gators. Every year... More

Plan to go during happy hour and be ready to spend some time. Drinks and appetizers are very reasonably priced during happy hour. We went early, enjoyed drinks and appetizers for happy hour and then moved into the dining room for dinner. Ask for a window seat. We had delicious seafood dinners. Each of us had something different and all... More

It's kind of a funny story because almost every year we head over to the Chesapeake Hose next door to be told it's an hour to an hour and a half wait so we walk next door to Chestnut. We have always been pleased and enjoy our meals. The last reviewer clearly does not understand that over 90% of all... More

Everything here is brought in frozen. I have no idea why anyone would want to eat here, unless taste isn't important.

We travelled to Myrtle Beach and chose this restaurant based on a tip from our Valet driver. We were not disappointed. Good food, excellent service, the place sits right on the water and the food was good enough we wished out hotel had a refrigerator so we could keep the leftovers.
