Don't think there is anything on the menu that isn't terrific! The sides are all great also, especially the tuna macaroni salad. Try it for lunch- you won't be disappointed.

After years of eating the best pastrami sandwiches at Kaminsky's,outside of NYC, this last experience was horrible. Mike has retired and had bought only the top graded pastrami for his sandwiches but obviously the new owners did not follow suit. The pastrami used to be melt-in-your mouth, lean and tender, now full of fat and chewy. There were 4 of... More

We went for breakfast. When we got there the restaurant was empty. We were very surprised because it was always busy on our prior visits. We should have listened to our instincts and left. The restaurant has new owners. The 3 of us ordered breakfast sandwiches. They were terrible! I felt sick afterwards. I feel bad for the new owners... More

I have stopped in here twice. I am a fan. Thier sandwiches are hugextensive and very tasty. My two favorites are the Reuben and Pastrami sandwiches but they have a huge selection. They are usually very busy but have plenty of help and a good system. Even though it was packed our sandwiches arrived hot and freshly made within 5... More

So sad that Mike retired! But the current owners/workers are trying hard to maintain his standards, and oh my, the food was as delicious as always!

Boar's Head meats are always dependable for quality, but $8.49 for a simple sandwich is a little pricey. We've eaten here many times. You get a good amount of meat on your sandwich, but the overall size of the sandwiches is only ordinary. The side of potato salad is so small that we had to order an additional 1/2 lb.... More

My family and I visited for breakfast leaving Myrtle Beach. We wanted something quick and the reviews were pretty good. It took a few extra minutes as they were training but the egg sandwiches came out hot and fresh. The tables weren't wiped down, the high chairs were sticky, the bathrooms were dirty and the coffee cups had hairs in... More

Although the original owners sold out the new owner Alex is still serving great deli sandwiches! My favorite is a great cheese steak sandwich which is as good as you get from south Phila! You must try one of their deli sandwiches!

This place has long been my favorite sandwich shop south of Long Island. New folks are in charge but the food remains the finest in the land. The Godfather sandwich is divine and I challenge you to find any food better than the Special K sandwich. Good luck to the new people and best wishes to Mike and his family.

Excellent food (corned beef is delicious). Run by a former NYPD cop who has a lot of character and takes no bull. Lots of Yankees paraphernalia, including seats from Yankee stadium.

Thanks for the nice review but as of August 1 Eva and I have sold the deli. Alex and Mirium are the new owners and hopefully will carry on the tradition Mike k More
