The food was out of this world. The service was fantastic. There is outside seating- limited but they do accommodate you.

My wife and I ate dinner here over the Memorial Day weekend. Our server was really attentive and the food was outstanding. I am from the Fayetteville area but spent the last 30 years near Philadelphia before I retired. I mean to tell you the...food here compares to the Italian food I had in Philly. Will definitely be back on our next visit to MB.More

Our server, who was also the hostess when we arrived, was SUPER! She was from New York. She made suggestions for us. Two couples. Our friends had Chicken Marsala, we had lasagna, and vodka rigatoni. Marsala and rigatoni were delicious, my husband wasn't crazy about...the lasagna. Bread was wonderful and the salad was very fresh. The owner checked on us. Two of us had birthdays, so we received a free tiramisu. The best I have ever had in my life. We will return on our next Myrtle Beach vacation. Clean and COVID friendly.More

This is one of the best restaurants we have been to. The place doesn't officially open until 4p and we had reservations but were seated @ 3:45 any way. The waitress took our order immediately and brought out fresh warm bread with olive oil/red pimento...dipping sauce and our drinks. A cold flask of ice water with a stopper is put on the table for your own refills. We had the eggplant stuffed with ricotta for an appetizer. The entrees come with a salad or soup of the day which was tomato bisque. They were both outstanding. My husband had the lasagna and I had the spinach ravioli which came in a cream sauce. Both were excellent. There is plenty of free parking. The place is clean. The service is excellent, friendly, and prompt.More

We tried Tosacna while visiting Myrtle in July with two of our children. My husband and returned to Myrtle for a long weekend and agreed we had to go back for one of our dinners. The food is so good you seriously have to force...yourself to stop eating as the portions are hearty! The service was great during both visits but during our second visit our sweet server was amazing! I’m not sure what happened, but she was the hostess when we arrived then came back said she’d be our server. We watched table after table come in and she greeted, sat then served pretty much all of them. All while busing the tables as party’s left, as well. A big party came in, with three children, and one of the kids was being obnoxious and all over the place. Due to him not sitting in his seat and the tables being too close together, she bumped in to the child, knocking him down. We felt terrible as we watched her apologize to them over and over and you could see how bad she felt, but it was clearly not her fault. I include this in my review in hopes she will be able to see it and know she was most definitely not at fault. Juliana, you did an amazing job and as one of your tables, you handled everything beautifully! Our service never lacked due to the obvious staff issue the restaurant was having that night. Toscana, you guys have a gem working for you. Thank you for the great food and service!More

Always great dinner..we have excellent meals at Toscana every time we come..we Started at the bar with the nightly special drink, it was very refreshing. After we moved to the table we ordered some calamari as an appetizer. Our party ordered chicken saltimbocca, fillet mignon...with risotto and veal Mediterranean.. portions are huge and everything was delicious.. the service from Asia was great, she was very knowledgeable..Every dish is prepared as ordered and the bread with dipping oil very tasty..thank you for another great dinner. We appreciate you’re open at this difficult time and serving us delicious food. We will definitely com back.More

Some in our party ordered the ravioli and they had 5 small ones. We had 9 in our party and they brought out 2 baskets with 2 loaves of bread in each. We asked for several refills. Then we were told that they only should...have refilled our basket once and she couldn’t bring more. The food was good they were small portions.More

Food was great! Service was good! Great atmosphere. Away from the ocean drive, so definitely a slower pace.
