Excellent steak off the beaten path in Longs (nearby). We wanted steak while at the beach and I turned to TA for guidance. After reading several reviews this sounded like the place. We went early on a Wednesday and were the only dinners for a bit. Our server was Daniel and he was very good -- always there for a refill or if we had any questions. We both had the 8oz filets priced at $59 (market price) which is not bad for Prime. We both a a baked potato and I got my loaded. I was disappointed that parts of it were not fully done. My wife said hers was fine. She also had a salad and was pleased with it. The bread was quite good, and we asked for more. I opted for their creme brulee and it was a large portion and very good. I can only recall one other place that is better.
We will definitely return next year when we are in town. We had Tanqueray and tonics, and they were very good. They offer several 'flights' of whiskeys, tequila and other alcohols if you are so inclined. I was tempted since they offer a flight of my favorite scotch -- Glenmorangie.

This steakhouse offers an exceptional fine dining experience with expertly prepared cuts of meat and a refined ambiance. The service is impeccable, and the attention to detail is evident in both the presentation and flavors of each dish. A memorable dining experience for any steak or seafood lover.

The service was excellent and the food was fabulous! Our server was Sean and he went above and beyond to accommodate my husband’s severe allergies while recommending what to order. My husband got the duck and I got the octopus appetizer and fois gras appetizer and we also shared oysters on the half shell. Everything was delicious. The owner came by and introduced himself and we had a really nice conversation with him. What a lovely evening out! I highly recommend this place.

We had a reservation on Open table and had requested standard seating , but got sat at a hightop table in the bar which was a bit disappointing as it was cramped. Our server was very attentive and the menu had a variety of options. They bring you complimentary bread and butter, it's fresh baked in house and was delicious. I had the Scallops and Pasta, The scallops were buttery soft and cooked to perfection. The pasta was homemade with a delicious sauce. My husband had the 16 oz Ribeye which was cooked perfectly and a side of onion rings, also homemade. Quality Food Ingredients at this restaurant no doubt. Portion Sizes are also very generous we left very full. The owner did come by and see how the food was also. 5 stars for the food here, would come back if we are in the area again.

This was my wife and I first time dining here. I hate to admit it, but after ten years of living here, neither of us had any idea where Longs was, only to find it the restaurant is only 15 minutes from our home. My wife and I had our 33rd wedding anniversary in August. I have some health issues and unfortunately because of that, we were not able to celebrate properly until later on. Well, I had finally called and made reservations with the owner Roland who was absolutely so kind and helpful. We had planned for the end of October and he even reserved a special romantic booth for two for us. He also said to just let him know ahead of time and he could also arrange flowers on the table. Unfortunately I got sick and had to cancel our reservations we had so been waiting for. No problem from them about that and wished me a healthy recovery. When I finally was able to reschedule for the first weekend of this month (November) I was once again treated so kindly on the phone and they once again reserved the romantic booth for two. When we arrived we were greeted by the host and the owner Roland who was just as kind in person. They both welcomed us and congratulated us on our anniversary. One thing I forgot to mention was Roland asked both our names when I made the reservations. We were seated at our very romantic booth for two and then once seated we were greeted by our server for the evening, Joseph. He was just as kind and friendly as the host and the owner. We started off with drinks and amazing homemade fresh bread while we looked over the menu. My wife chose the ribeye special for the evening along with Parmesan Risotto and Caramelized Brussels Sprouts and I chose the Cowboy Cut Rib Eye with Lobster Macaroni & Cheese and Local Honey Glazed Carrots. Both of our meals were absolutely delicious and everything was done perfectly! We opted to take some of our meal home so we could try the incredible desserts! My wife had the Salted Caramel Crème Brûlée and I had the absolutely incredible cheesecake with raspberry sauce and fresh raspberries. Our celebration evening was amazing and it was so much appreciated by us both, because not only was the food incredible, but so was everyone that worked there starting with the owner and host at the door and ending with an amazing service the entire evening from Joseph. We can not say enough kind words to show our gratitude for such a special night. Thank you to everyone at Bristo 90 for making us WANT to return many more times!🩷
Ps. The food was so delicious we didn’t even take any pictures. But we do still have this nice card from them.

Had a horrible experience on Tuesday, August 08, 2023 at Bistro 90. Front of the house reception was real bad. Made reservation on Open Table site one month in advance and noted it was special occasion, our Anniversary. Had 7pm reservation and arrived at 6:50pm. Hostess asked if we had a reservation and I replied yes thru Open Table. Restaurant was at least 60% empty and she proceeded to seat us by table facing a wall by front door. When I politely asked to seat at another table she replied that they were for people with reservations. I reminded her again that we had a reservation. She said would then need to wait for an open table! Don't understand why she was giving me a hard time and not showing any type of respect for the customer? Not until I had my hand on the door to exit did she reseat us. Within 15 minutes restaurant was 75% empty (Tuesday night). When I got home I saw an email from Open Table saying that the restaurant cancelled my reservation at 6:56pm. I had to send Open Table an email with copy of my receipt, $337.00 for two, to verify I was there and get credit for dining.
Food and service was good but we can got to plenty of other places in the Myrtle Beach area and get a great meal and treated with respect. As locals will never set foot in this place again.

You, sir, are a bully and a liar. You requested a quiet corner table, which is what you were given. However, that did not suit you, and you decided to try to intimidate my eighteen year old hostess into giving you a table that was reserved for one of our VIPs. The reason your reservation was canceled was because you threatened to leave if you didn’t get your way just like a child. Trust me, If this is the way you treat my staff, I would not want you to return anyway. And it seems you have plenty of time on your hands since you’ve left this same review on almost every social media site, how pathetic.

We booked reservations here at the recommendation of a friend who assured us it would be worth the drive. When we arrived, they had our reservation listed, but then inexplicably tried to seat us at the bar for our meal. We were dressed nicely in slacks and dress shoes, so it couldn't have been that. We asked for a table in the main room instead and were accommodated. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, but it took a long time for our waters and drinks to come out, plus she never brought us bread, so we had to ask for it. It arrived right before our food. My husband's alfredo + chicken was good and tasted homemade. My calzone, however, had mushrooms in it, which I discovered on the second bite. I had specifically asked the server if it could be made without mushrooms, or was it pre-made? She assured me it could be made without mushrooms. I sent it back apologetically and the manager quickly came out to offer to make up a new one, but given the time to bake it, I declined. He insisted, saying I could just take it home and heat it up! I have never heard of a manager insisting on such a thing.I politely refused, and asked him to just take it off the bill, that we would share my husband's delicious dish. That was the last we saw of our server. No water refill or anything. When we asked for the bill, we noticed that at the bottom of the ticket, the suggested "20%, 25%, etc" was on there, and the numbers were incorrect! All of the amounts had been inflated by several dollars! We won't be back here. North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach both have so many nice restaurants to choose from; no need to make this drive on Hwy 90.

First of all the steaks are great. Tender, good size, cooked right. Okay mashed potatoes and green beans came with the steak. Foie Gras was excellent but don't share it. Spinach salad was excellent with some different tastes and textures added in. Caesar salad was good with a nice dressing. Bread was bread but good olive oil on the side. A bread plate would have been nice. The bananas Foster is good but lacked the flambe Rum taste that you might get. It is served with cheesecake, not ice cream, which was very good. The menu has plenty of choices. Some sample steaks are presented at the table but good other choices too. We had a boneless rib-eye and a strip steak. The drink menu has a very large selection of bourbons and their Signature Manhattan is good.
Our server was very good, but not amazing. The restaurant is divided into two sections with a lighter fare menu available at the bar including pizzas. We saw several pizza leave but no one had it at their table while we were there. Many of the tables seemed to be regulars which is a good sign. The manager or owner circled the room an a regular basis.
My only complaint is their 3% add on for credit card usage. Our meal for two ran close to $250 without tip and I simply don't carry that to go out for supper. Credit and banks have always charged their fees so it's nothing new - keep your operating costs in your office. If you need to add another buck to entrees but don't try to ambush me be posting it on the check.

I'm just going to start off by saying I am also in the service industry. And with that being said I'm going to say never judge a book by its cover. Trust me I know I've learned the lesson myself. When we walked in we were greeted by the owner who was very judgmental as soon as we walked in the door. We told him we had reservations they told us it would be a few minutes so we waited We also asked him if they could keep the cake that we brought for my niece's 21st birthday and the owner looked at us like we were crazy. Another group come in they were seated right away they had a smaller group. So that wasn't a big deal. We always have a big group so of course it takes us a while to get set. anyway we got to our table and our server was very nice. If you have kids I probably would not go because they do not have a kids menu they don't even have kids cups. the owner started walking around and he starts talking to all the customers and everything never once did he stop and speak to us. We had a lady from another table come and tell us how well the children have been behaving. Which really means a lot that honestly don't happen a lot you kno. I ordered the 12 oz bone in filet. I cut into it and it was nowhere near medium well so I had to send it back that's fine you know I'm in the service industry I got it the second time it still wasn't right but by this time they had all started eating so I decided I'll just keep it an eat what I could and then bring it home and cook it. Mind you the owner still walking around talking to everybody else never once spoke to us. He looked down on us because we were not dressed in all preppy outfits. So he just gave us a bad taste in her mouth. He would cut his eyes over at us. My niece actually wanted just to get up and leave because she didn't feel comfortable. They have restaurant knew what was going on because the owner literally never come and said one word to us. But was standing at the door when we left and make sure he said thank you.

Took my wife there to celebrate her birthday and had an awesome meal. She had the Colossal Crab Cake which was cooked to perfection, I had the 16oz prime rib eye which had a great flavor and melted in your mouth. Super service and had a fantastic waitress (Fabiola). Kudos to the owner.

I'd give this place a 4.5 if I could... The bar has the best selection of rare/hard to find bourbon's in the Grand Strand/Conway/Long's area! Plus, our bartender was outstanding. He helped with out selections, took photos, etc. I give the bar 5 stars.
Dinner was excellent; fantastic service (by David); my wife's food allergy wasn't an issue; but, I'd give the restaurant 4 stars mainly because I didn't feel their was an upscale atmosphere. I know Bistro 90 is supposed to have amazing steaks/beef, but we were up for Italian food, so next time we'll try the beef. This was a birthday celebration visit and highly recommend it.

My wife was celebrating a special birthday and she wanted to try Bistro 90. We had heard about how good this place was. We arrived early and were seated at the bar. The bar tender was very attentive and mixed us some great tasting cocktails. We were seated at out table at the time of our reservation. Our waitress (sorry Can't remember her name) was very good and reviewed the daily specials to us. We both were interested in trying the Calamari for a starter. Thank goodness we shared one order. It was a huge platter. In all honesty it was the best Calamari I have ever had. Tender and tasty. The serving portion was so large we even had some to take home for dinner the following evening.
We both ordered the surf and turf. When it came out the manager came to our table and ask us to check our steak to ensure it was exactly to our liking. It was done to perfection - medium. Likewise the lobster was delicious. This by far was the best steak I have had in years. It melted in my mouth.
We finished this wonderful experience with coffee and desert.
All in all an outstanding experience. We will be coming back with friends.

We went here for my Birthday. The meal was exceptional! We had champagne and oysters to start. We had a variety of entrees. I had the filet and it was excellent. My sister and mom had the sea bass and I had a taste. It was perfectly cooked. My son had the seafood stew and he was impressed. We were so happy that they made a delicious meal for my daughter who has food allergies. She loved it and felt special. When we were in the airport a few days later we were talking with the couple in front us who live in Myrtle Beach. They asked my daughter what her favorite part of vacation was…I’m not even joking, she said “dinner at Bistro 90”. Thank you for a wonderful dinner! We will definitely come back next time we are in Myrtle Beach. Not to forget, shout out to Logan, our server, he did a great job too!

I am a big fan of Bistro 90 but unfortunately last evening I was disappointed. They have raised their prices but decreased the quality of the food. I ordered the shrimp and crab cocktail @ $29 and expected the volume and quality I had in the past. The three shrimp were terrible and the crab was good but not much of it. If you can’t get the quality, take it off the menu. I also had the veal sicilian. Presentation was bad, food was burnt and the sauce was so thick it could have stood up on it’s own. My husband and I shared the cheesecake and it was so hard you could not cut it with a fork. As I said I was a big fan but certainly not going to rush back

I’m sorry to hear of your disappointment, I’m also sorry that you did not express your disappointment when we checked on your table 2 times. Unfortunately the price of all proteins have skyrocketed over the past six months. The colossal crab that you eat is roughly 4 dollars per ounce this week, each of the U-10 (less than 10 per pound), shrimp cost us $2.70 each. The quality of the product is the same as it has been in the past. We have not cut corners. As far as the chicken Siciliano, it is a fried cutlets that is baked after it is stuffed. Again we have not skinped on the quality, prosciutto di Parma, fresh eggplant slices which are hand breaded and fried, Along with the phone list, and sliced in pounded boneless chicken breast. Our cheesecake is from the Carnegie deli cheesecake company based in New Jersey, and it is a very dense recipe and is also a thick, 1 pound portion.

My husband comes to Bistro 90 every year for a golf trip every year and he always thinks of me when he is there and how I would love it. So, finally he took me. He was not wrong...I loved it! The food and service were fantastic! I loved the drink menu too! Roland took EXCELLENT care of us during our visit. It is a little out of the way....but so well worth it! We will return!!
