We loved our server Amanda. She helped us navigate the menu for multiple food allergens. The seafood trio for $20 was really a good deal. It's a very casual dining experience, and enjoyed it.

We did take out twice and were very pleased with the quality of the food. The prices were reasonable.

Trey, our server, did an excellent job engaging with our 4 year old grandson. He was prompt and efficient. The hostess had a very bad attitude the minute we walked in. I told her we had a reservation for five people. She responded "we don't...take reservations for less than eight people," in spite of our actually having a reservation and the restaurant being fairly empty. She tried to seat our party of five at a table for 4 by the front door. We requested a large booth, which didn't go over well with her. The food was plentiful and flavorful.More

Once again, short staffed only seating half restaurant. They were out of crab legs, really? There was a dead lobster in the tank. The mac cheese was disgusting - how do you mess up mac n cheese.?My mother spit out the catfish and the coleslaw-...she does not normally do that. My crab cake would have been good but it was overcooked. Not cheap, not good. I am not sure how it has good reviews.More

We apologize...Yes we are short stuffed and out of crab legs, but that’s not our fault...all food services (us food, sysco etc) are out of crab legs and Evan some seafood buffets stay closed or doing no crab buffets. As far as rest of your comments...More

We were here on the evening of April 2. They were out of crab (I don't think this was their problem; it actually looks like there is some crazy crab shortage in the area) so we each got the seafood trio, which is very clearly...the best deal with regards to cost on the menu. Crawfish was very spicy, but servings were generous (crawfish themselves varied in size). Boiled shrimp was VERY GOOD and a good size. Calamari was the typical frozen stuff, as was the popcorn shrimp. They had a LOT of service issues when we were there. Our only issues were that we ran out of drinks, and that our entrees came at the same time as our salads. However, the tables nearby had a host of issues. One table of 8 people got there the same time we did, and we were finished eating BEFORE they got their food - it looked like a manager had to re-take their order. I think a server either walked out or was fired when we were there, and that impacted the big table plus the table right next to us. In addition, the tables were not bussed....the entire time we were there, and when we left, there were people waiting to be seated. There were four tables in my area that needed to be cleaned up (two of them the entire time I was there)...so they just couldn't handle the business that evening. In a nutshell - reasonably good food, but it appeared that we lucked out in that we got our food and had some service. It was probably just an off evening there.More

Thursday night April 1, 2021. This restaurant I would say you should go to. The food was excellent , the 4 of us ordered the Special pick 3. We all picked something different and it was all great. The problem came when the bill arrived,...we were charged a $4.99 extra each for the 1 lobster tail. The menu says pick 3 and only 1 lobster tail per order. It doesn't say anything about the lobster not included. It does say under the lobster tail $4.99 extra. Prices are a little high but the special is very good. But no matter what the food was wonderful and the service was good. The spacing between tables was very good We will go back again.More

The food was good. Portions were what you'd expect, which was plenty. Our waitress was sweet. We all ordered the Seafood Trio. It's a good deal at $19.99. This is where we ran into trouble. The menu states: "Pick 3 items from the list below....Served with chedder biscuit and choice of 1 side. (only 1 lobster tail per order)" They have a huge selection of seafood to choose from. Under the Lobster Tail it states $4.99, which we assumed meant if you order 2, you will have to pay for the extra tail. My mistake. We get the bill and as I check it...I see LT $4.99. So..that said...we will go back, but we won't order the tail.More

Food was great. Service was great too, which seems to be unusual in area. They were out of crab when we visited at 3:30 in the afternoon but the catfish was good. Portions are not giant, but if you're that hungry, try one of the...nearby buffet places. Luke many places, there are discounts for dining early. Price was okay, not great, but we all left satisfied and not stuffed.More

The lobster was wonderful. Steamed corn on the side was very sweet. We were not offered roasted corn. We had the lobster bisque which was superb!!!! You could taste the sherry, and big lobster pieces too. One suggestion for the management, please serve REAL BUTTER....That which we received was tasteless. If it weren't for the plentiful lemons I would have been disappointed. We shall return in a few weeks!More
