We go to this restaurant every Wednesday, probably going onto a year now. I have never been disappointed. The owner is great, the food is great, the service is great. I have tried a variety of dishes, and have loved everyone. Prices are reasonable and...I highly recommend it.More

While it’s not the largest building, it has food with enormous taste! If you are a Thai food lover then this is a restaurant you want to try!

We searched for Thai food in Myrtle Beach, and up popped Black Thai, which was in walking distance of where we were. Being December after Christmas in MB, there were not many people around, and we were the first to arrive when it opened at...noon. The co-owner, Hamilton, was our waiter, and answered all of our questions, making sure to check with me regarding my tolerance for spiciness before placing my order. As there was no one else in the restaurant, he took the time to tell us about some of the dishes and exciting changes they have coming to the menu starting in spring 2020. Now for the food itself – my beef pad see ew was amazing, not too sweet, and served at the perfect temperature. After the meal, he gave us a sneak preview of a dessert they will launch next year! What really stood out was hearing the passion that he has for improving the restaurant and the experience for the guests. He and the other owner are traveling to Asia during the winter to get new ideas for both the menu and the building itself– that’s how dedicated they are to the business. The next time you’re in MB, be sure to come off of the main drag of King’s Highway and Ocean Boulevard, head down to Main street, and dine at Black Thai. It’s now on my must-do list for my annual MB trip.More

Wonderful find in Myrtle Beach. Great food and service. Parking can be tricky if not at a slower time

Recently visited MB Sunday-Tues. We love Thai food and decided to try Black Thai. The Pad Thai was excellent as well as the Spring Rolls. Only down side was no Spirits on Sunday...only wine and beer. Service excellent...we will be back!

ENTER THE ADDRESS INTO THE MAP AND GO! STOP WASTING YOUR TIME READING. Huge vegan and regular selection. DELICIOUS food. I'm so mad we found this place at the end of our trip or we would've came back multiple times.

My husband and I were in Myrtle Beach, staying at the Sharaton Convention Center and we selected this restaurant nearby. Parking on the street was easy on a Saturday night (during Memorial Day Weekend, which is also a popular motorcycle gathering). We were seated immediately...without reservations. The restaurant is not large, but there was only one waiter working that night - he did a great job, but I was concerned that if the room was full he would be swamped. We ordered appetizers and basic entrees, and we enjoyed everything immensely. I especially liked that they were using reusable straws ... shows that they are concerned about our environment. Of course, the name is just fantastic - we picked this place because of the pun, and we rewarded with a five star experience. I highly recommend this place!!More
