I took my son and mom out for dinner.. wanting to try someplace new... while the interior is quite outdated and drab... the food on the other hand was unbelievable... I had the twin deep fried lobster tails and house made potatoes augrautin... my mom...and son chose the smoked prime rib.... these dishes were absolutely amazing. The staff was very attentive and the chef even came out to see how everything was ... I Had to rate my experience at a 5 but would’ve given way more if it was an option ... I will be telling my friends about this place and will be a repeat customer for sure!More

What a great place for an Early Bird dinner! Three of us picked this spot tonight, and I’m not at all sorry! Didn’t know that it had been a buffet before, and had recently changed, so maybe that’s why I’m not bemoaning its loss. First,...the Early Bird dinners include the beverage and a choice of two (great) desserts. The prices a very reasonable and good! I had the flounder and fried shrimp platter, a friend had the flounder and scallops platter. Both come with two sides but you can substitute the fries/slaw for another choice. I changed for a baked potato and my friend chose the corn pudding. All was properly prepared and really good! Our other friend chose the boiled shrimp appetizer and added a side salad. She said the shrimp (boiled in beer and spices) were excellent! This is not an upscale restaurant. It’s an old establishment with an old-fashioned look, that fits like a comfortable shoe in the seaside community. Three big pluses - COVID precautions are evident, our server was fantastic - knowledgeable, Friendly and efficient and the owner stopped by to ensure our meal was a pleasant one. Those facts and an excellent chef made for a truly enjoyable dining experience.More

While Admiral’s Flagship was not the absolute worst place we’ve eaten in the area, it certainly was close to it. The aesthetics are seriously outdated and could use a refresher. I had the Fried Green Shrimp Po Boy sandwich and potato casserole. Both were just...meh. My significant other had the Fried Green BLT. He kind of felt the same way - just meh. Sorry guys, you missed the mark.More

They have reinvented themselves since COVID. They have installed a Biergarten out front with live music, a variety of craft beers and comfortable seating. Their happy hour menu is fantastic! The staff is friendly and upbeat. I had crab leg appetizer with side salad which...was plentiful as my meal. Hubby had the 5.99 burger Which was huge and quality beef. We had bang bang oyster appetizer off happy hour menu and they were out of this world! We will be back had a fun, enjoyable evening 😎More

We miss our buffet badly! We are repeat customers for over 20 years. The crab legs are too expensive to have no buffet included in that price. Without the buffet we will not be back. Hopefully the virus will dissipate and our buffet will return.

Ate here on July 10th. This place was a buffet, but apparently due to the outbreak of Covid they have morphed into an order by menu restaurant. The Blueberry (yes blueberry) BBQ ribs were the best ribs I have had. I mean awesome. The rack...was enough for two people so you are getting some real value here. Service was great. Would come back here anytime!!More

The crab legs here are delicious! Wait staff is friendly and attentive. We can't wait to get back to the Myrtle Beach area, and Admiral's Flagship!

Price are reasonable, great variety, and family oriented. Food was good and hot, deserts could have been a little more diversified.

Its a buffet and I am shocked it has recieved high marks. The food is greasy and bland. You can get a much better meal at one of the surrounding seafood restaraunrts for the money you spend here.
