The service and food were both good and prompt. The scallops were especially delicious and highly recommend be included in your order!

I’ve been going to Lee’s Inlet Kitchen for over 20 years. The food is always good. I’m a local resident and highly recommend Lee’s Inlet Kitchen.
Came here after work for dinner in the bar. Ordered shrimp and grits and fried soft shell crab. Wanted broiled, but they only serve fried. These items were just average. No reason to return.
The other restaurants in this area were just packed and a madhouse. Although off the water the food was great and were very large portions. And it was not a loud and packed, just pleasant turnover. I would highly recommend this place.
This place was recommended by a local, and after visiting I understand why. It is huge! It doesn’t look as big on the outside but once inside it has a ton of seating. A small bar was where we sat to have some very tasty...adult beverages. We got to our table about 10 minutes later, I don’t believe they take reservations so be prepared it gets busy. We weren’t sure what to try so we had the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer. The hush puppies that came as well were delicious. We split the Fried Shore Dinner, it was more than enough for two people and we had leftovers to take home. Of course the homemade strawberry cake couldn’t be passed up and we had to give the coconut pie a try as well. Everything was wonderful. Our server was Leslie and she had the sweetest smile. All very friendly people.More
I had called and emailed in advance for our arrival. While the restaurant does not take reservations, I always like to let a restaurant know when there are more than 6 people. I was told it would not be a problem. While our wait was...not very long, maybe 20 minutes, the hostess seemed so annoyed that we were even there. However, our waitress was amazing and the food was very good. I will definitely give it another chance since it was so busy and maybe the hostess was just not having a great day. It happens.More
Always great food, always friendly staff. A little further down the road from all the craziness. Excellent value.
We visit MB ar least once a year. We have a great list of great restaurants we visit but decided to try another new location. We saw it's high rating so we tried Lees. We were very disappointed. The food was pretty average. Nothing we...ate was special. The shrimp cocktail was small shrimp. Again nothing was bad But nothing was a wow. Nice location and good service. Well we can check this location off the list. Sadly we took a night out of our visit to find an average restaurant. I'm sure folks like this but all the food was just just ok.More
My family had been dining at Lee’s Inlet Kitchen for years, but after having a poor dining experience there about three or so years ago, we had not returned. But this year we decided to give them another chance because anyone can have an off...night. I am certainly glad we did! Everything was back up the the high standards we had always expected. The food was excellent. I had the fantail shrimp, baked potato and house salad; all three were perfect. One of the reasons for our wonderful experience this time was our server, Celeste. She was so kind, helpful, and efficient. I can’t say enough good things about her. We will definitely ask for her to be our server when we go back.More
We have eaten at Lee’s since our honeymoon in 1964. It’s a tradition. Always delicious seafood. Get the onion rings to share! Excellent food and very friendly staff! It’s a winner!
Our server was very peppy with a great smile. I found it amusing that all of the servers were masked but when they came to the table the masks came off! Why bother wearing it? The She crab chowder, once finally heated, was very good....We all had seafood dishes. Crab cakes were noted to be very good. The flounder was pretty tasteless and the shrimp…OMG…like eating a rubber band because they were so overcooked. Our server did offer to bring something else, but we were done by then. I will compliment the salad and it’s various add ons and dressing. I wouldn’t rush back here with the numerous restaurant options available.More
Nice restaurant with well spaced tables. Wait staff was friendly. I ordered shrimp and oysters. The food was greasy and over breaded. The oysters had so much breading on them, they tasted like old grease. Could not eat them. Shrimp tasted like rubber. I was...sick all night. With all the good seafood places around, I’ll never go back to Lee’sMore
Spent 3 nights in Surfside Beach and 4 in Charleston. Being from PA, I don't get fresh fried seafood that often so at 4 of the 7 restaurants we ate dinner at this trip, I had the fried seafood platter at 4 of them. Lee's...was hands down the best fried seafood platter of the 4 I had. And our waiter was awesome. Overly polite and accommodating (when my wife would ask him something she would get a Yes maam, Yes maam) My wife also had the fried seafood platter and also loved it I would go back in a heartbeatMore
Stumbled into Lee’s due to most of my favs being closed on Sunday and Monday . Was seated at the bar promptly and the bartender was excellent and knew her stuff ! The menu is broad with fresh salmon flounder scallops shrimp etc . Offered...broiled ,fried , stuffed and you can add lobster as well . The salad I had was nice with homemade bleu cheese dressing . Delicious collard greens with pepper and smoked pork pieces -Hush puppies were not too tasty however .. tasted too “ bready “and not enough corn meal . Drinks are vast and they also offer infused tequilas .More
