Ate at their "sister restaurant" next door to them and think they should stick to one. All frozen food and mediocre service at both. Food was a little better at this one but so covered with sauce that its just gloopy.

We come to Myrtle Beach several times a year on vacation. The reason we do is because of the many top restaurants we visit. Hands down the Hot Fish Clun is the best seafood restaurant in the area. The service is always special even though...we missed our favorite, Becky. We love seafood. Everything was excellent. We had a pound of peel and eat shrimp that were the best all week. The little neck clams in a nice broth were excellent. We actually got two scallop appetizers. The twin lobster tails were awesome. I love tuna and they subbed the tuna for the flounder on the fish platter. The crab cake was special and the grilled shrimp double as I'm not a fan of mussels was wonderful. The tuna was done perfectly to my liking and is why on an average 8 day vacation we visit Hot Fish Club 2-3 times. Desserts are the topping on a great meal. Just really love this very special restaurant. Can't wait till March to visit again and again.More

We were in Murrell's Inlet for a visit to Brookgreen Gardens and decided to stop here afterwards. It was a good idea as everything was great. It was busy but not crowded and staff was friendly and efficient. Our food was great, especially the shrimp...with a very light breading. I was very impressed with how hot everything was when it came to the table. That is a real concern for me and everything was piping hot. We would definitely recommend stopping by here!More

Always sooo good!! Been to Hot Fish Club many times and they never disappoint. Our fave is the blackened mahi and lobster meat which is the bomb. I’ve never had a bad meal here. Make sure you call ahead or make reservations as they are...usually packed.More

I was craving some real, fresh fish. I knew I would have several options at the Hot Fish Club. I choose the fresh Grouper, it was a perfectly paired dish, great flavors, fresh ingredients and a generous portion of fish. My wife had their famous...Lobster Pot Pie. It was huge, filled with lobster, shrimp & scallops. Luckily, she shared a couple bites, delicious. I can’t forget to mention our server Jordan. She was friendly and very attentive. She knew the menu very well, with that knowledge, she was able to help the other couple with us make decisions they were happy with. She was always refilling our water and Iced Tea. I highly recommend this place. Real food, great service and a nice clean restaurant. Enjoy!More

Wonderful fresh food and great friendly service. We each had the nightly special. I had the red snapper and my husband, the pepper corn filet mignon. This was our first time there tonight and will be returning again. The surrounding painted marsh mural is just...beautiful. The real thing is also just out the window to the back of the restaurant. Going a bit further past the Marsh Walk's restaurant row, is worth it.More

... and so does the lemon grass tuna. Both were amazing! Matt and Jesse behind the bar took care of us royally. Why bother waiting 45 minutes when you can get this kind of service. Truly excellent food and service.

My husband and I LOVE Hot Fish Club!! The food is absolutely fantastic. It is always fresh and cooked perfectly. The chargrilled grouper with lobster risotto is mouthwatering!! We love the appetizer selection too! Topping off the perfect menu is the level of service and...ambiance! The gazebo guys are top notch. Your drink is always full, your food is always on time and the entertainment never ceases to exist! I can’t WAIT to go back!!More

Went for dinner and ate on the upper deck with beautiful views of the Marsh. The Lobster pot pie was amazing—the trio of seafood inside was fresh and cooked well and surprisingly light for such a rich dish. The highly touted Grilled Grouper with tomato...basil beurre blanc over Lobster Risotto and sautéed spinach was disappointing. The grouper was fresh and cooked well, but the plate was swimming in tomato flavored basil water (not beurre blanc) with almost raw chopped tomatoes on top, which in my opinion detracted from the dish rather than enhanced it. The risotto was forgettable and had far too much Parmesan and very little lobster and the spinach was underwhelming as well. This dish could be much better with some tweaks, however, the pot pie was excellent and would bring me back in the door again to give something else on the menu a try on its merits alone.More
