Went here for brunch, and the atmosphere was nice. I ordered a crab omelette and the seafood was too fresh. Overall the food is good.

We gave this historic restaurant glowing reviews in May of 2015, then had our son's wedding rehearsal dinner here, also great food and perfect service. Since then the restaurant group was bought out by Halls Chophouse, and the prices have increased dramatically. The service is still the great southern welcome and sendoff we experienced before...these folks are really trying to... More
We dined here and had an issue with one of the meals we had ordered. They went above and beyond what we could have ever imagined in order to make it right. Due to this amazing service, we will definitely come back. The meals that were issue free were fabulous.
Mt. Pleasant, just across the Cooper River from downtown Charleston, is itself the fourth largest municipality in South Carolina. Most people think of it as a sprawling, rather upscale suburb; which it is, but it has a very historic, quaint, beautiful heart, the Old Village. It is where Pres. George Washington landed on his way to visiting Charleston. The Old... More
Visited on last Saturday night. We had made reservations for 7:30 for a 4 top. We arrived about 8 minites early and were told our table would be ready closer to 7:30 go to the bar (haha) if you can find a spot or go outside and wait on the bench. Well the bar was jammed full not only bar... More
We had not been previously, but decided to avoid Saturday night traffic into Charleston for a birthday celebration, and were not disappointed. A thoughtful "Happy Birthday" tabletop sign signed by all the staff welcomed us, along with a complimentary flute of bubbly. Anne Marie's service was excellent throughout, wholly attentive but not intrusive. In addition, discovering this was our first... More
We celebrated our anniversary with dinner at the Post House. We were seated at a wonderful table and presented with a card signed by the staff wishing us a happy anniversary. While selecting our meal the staff presented us each with a glass of champagne. The food was wonderful with the pork belly appetizer being a standout. The restaurant has... More
We had been wanting to try this place out for years. Price deterred us, but my in-laws were in town and we wanted to go somewhere really special. This place was certainly that, and then some. They have a teeny, tiny elevator in case anyone in your party can't walk upstairs for seating. The inside is gorgeous. A truly historic... More
My husband & I stayed at the Old Village Post House Inn while visiting Charleston for 5 days. We decided to eat at the Inn one night after a long day sightseeing. This was the best restaurant during our 5-day stay. The dining room was sociable, but cozy, The staff was very attentive and made recommedations when asked about the... More
We were in town visiting our son at C of C and ate here our last night. Love the southern charm and warm and inviting atmosphere. We all had different entrees: crab cakes, grouper, salmon, and steak. Each was presented beautifully and tasted delicious. The calamari was excellent as well as the salads. Didn't have room to have dessert but... More

Would enjoy dining here with family in July but need to know if you can accommodate an olive oil allergy as well as gluten free for a few family members. Do you have a kids menu?
Also, we will be a party of 18-20 including 3 children-if we have a separate dining room, can we order of menu?
Can you divide checks!
