Heading home to Murrells Inlet late one morning and was looking for breakfast. Found this on Trip Advisor. Went there and could see it's where the locals go to eat. Very friendly server and very friendly owner, Amber. Been opened for ten years so must be doing something right. My omelet was delicious and my wife had French toast. But... More

This is a great little cafe to get tried and true southern cooking. We got the chicken and waffles and it was delicious! My only qualm was that the sweet tea tasted like they added cinnamon to it and it wasn't too appetizing. Otherwise, the service was great and the food was excellent.

This was our first visit to Charleston Cafe. Everything was delicious! Omelets, chipper casserole (which are more like breakfast nachos), sweet potato muffins, and grits! We will definitely be back.

A hidden gem of creative southern cusine. The New Orlean's eggs benedict is a Symphony of complex flavors. Their orange juice is fresh squeezed, there service was excellent!!! A short wait was worth great food.

Three friends and I met here for breakfast on a weekday morning. It was my first time here. The restaurant was busy, but we were seated and waited on quickly. I got the Battery BLT breakfast sandwich, which was very tasty. The portion size was huge, so I ended up boxing up 1/2, as did most of my friends. The... More

We just got to Mt. Pleasant and excited to be here and visit our favorite restaurant. I ordered something new, Shrimp and grits version 2.0. Wonderful. My wife ordered an omelet with crab meat also wonderful. The waiter was personable and represented the place well. Coffee was good. Great visit.

The food is average. Be ready to pay for each item. We went there after looking at the reviews. What are some of the people drinking??? This place may have started out as great but is now overrated. God help the wait staff. Not friendly and borderline racist... Be on the look out.

Stopped at the Charleston Cafe for a quick bite to eat. Appeared to be a local favorite and offered all the basics for breakfast. Recommend for those on the go with friendly staff.
