I’m not an expert on doughnuts or breakfast pastries, but this is a great, family-owned local spot that has a great selection of doughnuts. Nothing incredibly creative, but a lot of fan favorites and some specialties on the weekend (e.g. vanilla frosting topped with Fruity...Pebbles). Get there early for best selection - line is out the door on weekend mornings. Also, I think they have the best breakfast sandwiches in town. Skip Starbucks and buy local!More

The Hungry Detective has eaten a ton of donuts as a State Trooper and old vice cop. These donuts are gourmet level. Arrive early for the best selection because they sell out fast!!!

I love donuts. I am always looking for a good donut shop. Well, this place is awesome. The selection is good with some interesting creations. I asked them to make me some chocolate covered with raspberry filling and they made them up in just a...few minutes...and they were excellent. These donuts are in my top two donuts I’ve had. There is a place in Sarasota that is hard to beat but this place comes very close. The prices are very good. I was actually surprised how fair the prices are. So, good prices, excellent service and some of the best donuts gives this place an excellent score.More

Ive had Joeys now a few times and I love them. Listen there is a little place in Rhode Island (Allies) that has great donuts too and are cheaper but considering the area these are not outrageous. There are a couple of other places 1...in Mt P and one downtown on King St that really are outrageously expensive so I actually find these reasonable considering the quality. Look I remember when Dunkin Donuts first started out they made all their donuts fresh inhouse. Now they come in on a truck and the quality is not the same nor are they cheap either. So anyway Im happy if a few people think the prices are high because as it is now you sometimes cant get in there and they are only open half days so they must be doing something right. Viva Joey's!!!!!More

Great little donut shop. Large variety of homemade donuts. A million times better than dunkin. Well worth the price. You will not be disappointed.

Hard to find an old fashioned donut shop anymore. We were delighted to find this rare gem while visiting my brother. Fresh, Homemade, delicious! Nothing artificial tasting about these donuts. So impressed with the workers too. They ran out of Boston cream but custom filled...some for us on the spot - and this with a smile. Whenever I'm in town I'll be visiting Joey's.More

Been experiencing "artisan" (you know, the unique flavors of bacon, maple syrup, pancake toppings, etc., etc.) donuts across the country and this place is right up there with the best of them. They are still unique in the area, thus the crowds. If you are...any type of donut connoisseur, this is a must try.More

Donuts and bagels are very overpriced. I was looking for a NY style bagel and this is not the place for one. Donuts are so-so, big, very sweet , but kids probably like them since they are highly decorated.

Good donuts, but get there early for the best selection. Line was out the door by the time I left. Looks like other great breakfast options as well, but just partook in the donuts which were yummy and fresh.
