Went and stopped at this place when my wife and I were out for a bike ride and thought we would try it. Well that was a mistake to say the least because the pizza was less then poor and the person behind the bar...could not make a mixed drink due to knowledge.. We were asked to come back for dinner when the regular crew would be working and that we would not be disappointed. Well we did come back and again, very sorry we did.More

Had a nice meal with friends, all 4 of us enjoyed the meal. However when we went back this Friday the doors were closed and locked up tight. Afraid Joey O's may be closing.

Placed an order with slice and I’ll admit it was rather late when I had done it, but I sat around waiting for my food for an hour while everywhere else was closing just to eat here. I ended up with a call from a...mass. Number so being after 9 I ignored it, it was a private number not the stores number. Well I had to submit a claim to slice to get my money back because low and behold the delivery driver claimed to come knock oh which my room is next to the front door and have a pit bull that barks at everything. So nope didn’t happen and then they claimed that they left my food sitting outside in maybe 50 degree weather. Cool cool that’s definitely how you operate a business. Let’s see if I get my money back.More

Terrible take out. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money. We ordered two subs to be toasted. We ordered online through slice. Pickup was timely as to be expected. Food was disgusting to say the least. I ordered a steak sandwich that was...basically char burned grizzle (see picture). To top it off, no pun, there was nothing on it but a very small amount of cheese. Generally speaking a steak sandwich comes with peppers and onions, and cheese or at least every other one I have ever ordered in my life. Bread was not toasted at all. Second sub was eggplant. The eggplant was burnt and all dried out. Sliced very thin and all burnt around the edges. Not sure who is doing the cooking here, but It is pretty hard to mess up what we ordered. There are so many dining options in the area, we will go elsewhere and spread the word. Very disappointed, owner will have to remedy this before the doors close. We live in an area with so many other options it is far too competitive to make rookie mistakes like this.More

Best Italian restaurant around, Good food ,good service. Large menu selection. We've tried several pizzas, enjoyed the margarita pie the best so far. The subs are huge. Give them a try.

My wife and I had a great dinner this evening, along with a restaurant full of guests. The pizza and dinners were outstanding. All was very delicious and plentiful. You must have a hugh calzone, so good.

After moving from Ocean Isle they are in full service in Little River. The restaurant looks terrific. The food was excellent from the stromboli to the crisp house salad to the ice cold beer. Great service and the cordial hospitality. We were very pleased. We...will be back soon!!!More

The calzones and strombolis serve 2 easily and are very tasty. The pizza is also very good. The chicken parmigiana dinner came with a salad and again both were big enough for 2. Highly recommend. Try the pizza rolls.
