We visited on a night there seemed to be trainees. After we were seated the trainee circled the dining area, round and round....round and round. After a bit it became kind of funny and we began to count the time he circled: 13 times in...one hour. That wouldn’t have been terrible, but we had empty soda/coffee. So the circling was for what purpose? The food was mediocre & blah. I highly doubt the short ribs were really short ribs, but tasted more like a roast-not good at all. The pasta seemed as if it had been precooked and was mush. Not al dente. Even my husbands pasta was mush. While there was social distancing-masks were not 100%. And with the circling of the trainees it just seemed pointless. This was our last visit.More

Our daughter was visitng and we wanted to take her out for a nice dinner. We entered the restaurant and waited for quite awhile even though there were five servers talking at the bar. Finally someone from the back came out and seated us. Again...we waited and waited until a person walking by finally asked us if we wanted water. We asked for menus and were briskly told to use our phones. Not good as we had left them in the car on purpose to enjoy our dinner. Then we waited again for a server. The place was rather empty. There were only seven tables of diners and there must have been 20 employees walking about. We had no idea what was going on. Finally a server came out and gave us menus after having been in the restaurant for 20 minutes. Bread was offered but did not appear until the end of our meal. I ordered the Pasta Mia Nonna. My first bite tasted good but by the fourth bite my mouth was tingling and I was drinking water between every bite. Three more bites and my mouth was burning. I had one more bite and could not bear any more. My daughter experienced the same thing with her Parmessan Risotto and my husband's mushroom ravioli was cold. You would think they would have wondered if something was wrong when they removed our untouched food. Maybe they were training staff and we were the unfortunate guinea pigs, but they failed miserably and we will not be returning.More

Our plans were to have a quiet dinner this evening. We arrived, greeted and were asked to be seated until a table became available. We were taken to a booth in the bar area and sat for ten (10) minutes without being recognized. At ten...(10) minutes we decided to walk out. We've taken friends to this location, I've taken business associates there, conducted dinner meetings there but this will be my last visit until someone can explain the lack of service. In these times you would be led to believe management would be on their "A" game to ensure their services were top notch. Shame on management!More

I would say terrible service but we never got any. Got sat a booth at the bar and that was it. Bartenders making direct eye contact and multiple people walking by but was never acknowledged after a 10 minute wait.

Travinia just lost a loyal customer. This place is not the same as it was before. Went last night for romantic date with my husband and were very disappointed. Half of the wine list was missing. While waiting for our drinks, observed a conflict between...a manager and two waitresses 10 feet away from our table. This was very unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable. Got our wine finally when we almost finished our appetizers. Ordered lobster ravioli for main course. Out of 3 pieces one was completely undercooked, couldn't even cut it. Told about it to our waitress - and nothing, no manager approached, no apologies, no replacement, no discount. It used to be one of my favorite restaurant. Not anymore. Sad.More

So--- Late lunch ,early dinner ; great food ; great service by Amber; she remembered form last time that we liked hot bread and butter not oil, She remembered the things we liked. The manager Anderson was great as usual .He cares about service and...quality if the food that the Chef makes and serves and that us why his restaurant will survive the crisis we have gone through. Good quality and service . Enough said ? Oh and if you like the 60's atmosphere and Tony Bennet and frank Sinatra and the 60's deco then you will fit right in. And you don't have to be form the 60's , Just like good food and atmosphere. bring the wife or girlfriend, just not at the same time.More

Ordered from BiteSquad... i had the salmon and vegetable. Absolutely perfect salmon but there were too many onions in my vegetables. Otherwise a perfect dinner that was absolutely amazing for delivery. Would order again. Hands down best salmon I've ever had delivered to my house.

Travinia is always a very nice dining experience for my wife and me. Last night, Seth was our server. He was very polite, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and the specials. We enjoyed the lobster bisque, scallops with orzo, the grouper special with asparagus,...and the apple crostata. Everything was well prepared and delicious. We love the atmosphere at Travinia and the live background music on Friday nights.More

Lunch on Sunday. We split 3 small plates, mussels, scallops and calamari and the Granny Smith salad. Calamari was a little over cooked, everything else was great. Salad was delicious. Risotto with the scallops was awesome. Martinis were large and yummy. Excellent server Alexis. Our...new favorite restaurant.More

They advertise gluten free options but I don’t know what dishes qualify. I was very impressed with the waitstaff’s knowledge and helpful attitude, so I would be sure to ask them.
