Horrible service matched only by the food.
Service was extremely slow, lacked any coordination. Servers yelling out who gets what for beverages, and eventually food. Not sure why they use robots to bring the food to the table (that's correct) robots. And then the servers yell out the dishes to find out who ordered what.
The chips served on the table had a bitter aftertaste like they were fried in old oil. Tasteless and cold.
The food looked unappetizing once finally served. I ordered a simple dish to be safe (chicken quesadillas) they were were cold, soggy, and the chicken was not good, and did not come with any side(s) for 11.99. Would never go back, and would not recommend to anyone.

This was our first time here. We were seated near a large party that was screaming the entire time we were there. We finally could not stand it and moved our glasses and silverware to another table with no help from anyone. The meal I ordered was supposed to come with rice. I said no rice, more salad. no one bothered to listen. My meal was also supposed to come with chicken,meat and shrimp. The plate had no shrimp. I complained to the waitress. She brought me a plate with 3 shrimp on it with no apology. While we were eating 2 other couples stopped by our table to complain about the unbearable noise. We complained to the manager ,who told us he could not do anything about it. This was supposed to be a nice quiet Sat. night meal not a screaming match!

STAFF WILL RUIN IT !
Not going back .
Had to ask for water .
Had to go and get silverware .
Ordered pollo quac a queso .
Arrived without any pollo on it .
Wife’s Fried Chimichanga was not fried .
Waiter didn’t even bother to make excuses just stopped coming to our table .
TOO BAD heard that the food was great .
But we didn’t get that experience .

I took my preteen for a special lunch for just the two of us. We both ordered chicken and vegetables once our food came she brought to my attention that something was wrong with the broccoli. I then tasted it because I had not tasted my food yet. It was spoiled! I immediately brought it to my waitress attention.

We ate there for lunch. The service was good just the food had no flavor. We ate off the lunch menu and the portions were very small. We both had margaritas they weren’t very good either. Our bill was over 50 bucks. 2 margaritas and 2 lunch specials. Needless to say we will not be back.

We tried Adela’s tonight, and we were very impressed…not only with the food but the service as well. The food is very fresh and is full of flavor, the cheese dip and tableside guacamole are must-have, the cheese dip is rich and creamy and the guacamole is made fresh right in front of you at your table and you get to choose what ingredients you want in your guacamole.
The rice is fluffy and full of flavor and the refried beans are creamy and delicious. I had a ground beef taco and a cheese enchilada, the seasoned beef it’s packed full of flavor and tastes incredibly fresh.
The prices are very reasonable, my wife and I got two entrées, an appetizer and two drinks and the bill was $34.
The wait staff, busboys and managers are very polite and very outgoing to their customers, I highly recommend this place and I wish them great success.

Adelas is my very favorite place to eat in Lancaster. Food is always delicious. I even order takeout from there sometimes. And of course they have those cute little robots delivering your meal. Recommend!

Have been here 3 times. Servers are very good. Has a full bar and menu is extensive.
Portions are good size and prices reasonable. Probably the best restaurant in Lancaster right now.

I had heard very good things about Adelas and how good it is.
I found it to be average at best. The atmosphere was very good, the waitress was extremely attentive, but the food was just average.

The food here was above my expectations. Extremely tasty burritos and fajitas + homemade tortilla chips! Inside of restaurant was clean and orderly. Felt safe.
