The service was poor. The food was cold, and our order was wrong. Just not interested in giving a second opportunity. So, it's totally written-off!
went on a Friday night when they had the costume contest-great environment. The place had a great-fun vibe. Excellent service= the food and drinks were great. Love the fried pickles and the chicken wings were good as well. solid selections of beers and spirits. plenty of parling. Good crowd=could tell that this is a popular spot.
Good food. Good service..outside seating. Great brunch, different stuff on the menu. Weak mimosas but they'll make'em right if you mention it.
Social Grill has a variety of seating options; outside on the patio with live music, in the bar with loud fun or down in the dining room with large booths that seat 6-8 comfortably. The food is fresh and good with a variety of choices not found anywhere else.
They have the BEST BURGER IN Columbia. Even better than Pawley's Front Porch in 5-points which is pretty great. It is called the "Social Burger" with Smoked Applewood Bacon & Jalapeno Pimento Cheese. I usually go for the local bands they feature several times per week. The Social Burger with jalapeño cheese and Applewood Bacon is awesome! Very friendly atmosphere with a lively crowd and a good variety of bar type food along with an excellent ribeye!
Social Grill just keeps improving! The menu is varied and creative. Service is attentive and friendly. Local bands on the patio provide a fun atmosphere on the weekends. Prices are very reasonable. The Sunday brunch is especially good with a unique special entree each week.
Nothing to write home about. First time going in June I thought it was great but went back in July, had the same meal and it was smaller, less tasty and our service was really slow and not attentive even though they were not busy. Disappointing.
