Food was excellent workers great. At the end they told us to leave they would not serve us anymore. We were not doing anything wrong. Ruined my Mother’s Day. We became friends with another couple and they had just as many drinks as us. The...only difference they didn’t eat yet so they got to stay. It’s always about the money.More

We enjoyed this restaurant so much we went back a second time. We had the Schnitzel, Rainbow Trout, Prime Rib, and Salmon the first night, all excellent. The second night we again had the Schnitzel, Petite Filet and a personal pepperoni Pizza. Only the pizza...was somewhat lacking in flavor. All in all a very nice dining experience and we would definitely go back.More

This was our second trip there. The first time was last year and it was only just ok.This year we decided to give it another shot because we were told by others that it was a great place to eat. Wrong. It was horrible. I ordered the...filet mignon medium rare and my wife had a seafood dish, with calamari for an appetizer. The calamari arrived and it was soggy and bland , c’mon really? And it was weird that every piece of calamari was the exact same size, how is that even possible? My filet was not how I ordered,as a matter of fact it was barely even cooked and the interior was cold and raw. I sent it back and waited for 15 minutes while my wife had her meal (which btw was way to salty) and when I finally got it back it was burned to a crisp and inedible. They took the same steak and threw it back on the grill and just ruined it.The waitress felt so bad and was completely embarrassed about it.I was not angry at her,it was not her fault. We got a half off discount but even so the dinner was ruined anyway. There was no yelling or screaming at anyone,I just wrote it off and will never return to Frankie Bones.More

We were pleasantly surprised and very pleased with our dinner last evening. The atmosphere was inviting and friendly and the food was delicious. The veal Piccata and veal Marsala were excellent choices and the desserts were outstanding. We had the desert combo with an outstanding...carrot cake, tiramisu and canola which was very shareable . An unexpectedly delicious meal. Our waitress was excellent. We will be backMore

Went to Frankie Bones with my fiancé and her family and it was nothing short of amazing. Atmosphere was vibrant, food was superb, but the real deal was the service we received. We had the pleasure of being served by Don and let me tell...you, the guy is the best in the business. Makes you feel like you’re his own family all the while, he gives phenomenal recommendations and will even throw a handful of jokes in the mix of conversation to lighten up the mood. I’ve been to plenty of restaurants in my day and obviously the food is a major part, but service level is the metric in which a restaurant succeeds or not and so long as they have Don on their team, Frankie Bones will be successful.More

Great food, reasonable prices and excellent service: a trifecta! Our server, Patrick, was friendly, helpful, and very efficient. We ordered Frankie‘s meatballs as an appetizer, and they were excellent. For our entrées, we came in in time for the early bird so my husband had...chicken Parmesan and I had cannelloni. Both were very tasty. If you like ice cream, definitely try the spumoni. We shared it and really enjoyed it. We would go back again.More

Hadn't been to Frankie Bones in a few months, and it continues to be consistent with good food and service. The cheeseburger is one of the best on Hilton Head! And the string fries are excellent. They also have good bartenders for mixed drinks.

We couldn’t have been more impressed with the atmosphere, food, service and staff! We loved the vibe, our server Don was super accommodating and friendly. He provided honest opinions of many dishes and he was spot on! The hostess was so kind and sat us...quickly without us having a reservation. Our drinks (Pomegranate martini) and food were awesome! Our family had a myriad of dishes and we were all very happy. I recommend this to all those visiting and for residents who haven’t found this place yet…More

Frankie Bones was highly recommended by a friend and we are glad we took the recommendation. Our waitress, Jennifer, was fabulous. Super friendly and attentive. For the drinks and food. I got the French 75 and it was perfect. I order a French 75 whenever...it’s on a menu and it was in my top 3. We got the shrimp wrapped in bacon and seafood stuffed mushrooms, both were excellent. For entrees we got the chicken parm and lobster mac and cheese. Chicken parm was a perfect portion size, tender and delicious sauce. The lobster mac and cheese was huge with a ton of lobster meat. We split the leftovers the next night for dinner. Got the dessert trio to go and it was also fabulous. Atmosphere was really nice, we sat in a room with only two tables and even though restaurant was packed, it felt intimate. I love Hilton Head, but the restaurant environment is often overwhelming and has a “touristy” feel. Frankie Bones was not like that. Best place I have eaten in HHI, and I have been there multiple times.More

We LOVE Frankie Bones and always have to eat here at least once whenever we're on the island. They have an extensive menu with something for everyone. Our favorite appetizer is their Potato Spring Rolls - DELICIOUS. My go to entrée is their Spinach Salad...with the hot bacon dressing and grilled chicken but occasionally I order something else and it is always excellent as well. Our children are grown now but their favorite dessert was always the make your own smores. If you want go, just make sure to make a reservation several days in advance. It is popular and always busy it seems.More

We had a party of 7 and tried to go to Plantation, but they sent us to Frankie Bones to avoid a long wait. Our server was surly to start when I had the nerve to ask for coffee before she came out with her...note pad to take drink orders. My corned beef hash and eggs dish was very tasty but not hot. My wife's biscuit was also cold. I never got the toast with my meal until I was nearly finished (for which my meal charge was comped). The rest of our party said their meals were "OK". Worst of all, the manager and server managed to lose my son's credit card which he gave them shortly after arriving to assure that he would be paying for our whole group. Needless to say, we won't be back. One positive side note -- it is nice to see that they do have a breakfast buffet. It was too expensive for us to do ($23), but those are a disappearing event and it was nice to see they have it. At times that would have brought us in.More
