We stumbled upon the Tiki Hut while walking the beach from our condo, about a 1/2 mile walk. It's always fun to eat and drink with the ocean view! Drinks were a little pricey, but that's to be expected. There were volleyball courts between the...More

It was a great place to grab a quick bite to eat while spending the day at the pool or beach. It was a small menu but offered a variety of items. Good options for families.

Here on vacation with my 14 year old daughter and two of her friends. We picked this to start off our vacation and had a good time. Right on the beach. Fast service, good sandwiches and apps, all served in tin lunch boxes! A landmark...More

A great place to start our island vacation. The drinks were fun. Service was prompt and friendly. Our lunch came in a little metal lunch box.

Great times here on the Beach! The variety of music and the poolside location are a must. A huge plus for this hotel.

The tiki hut is a must be see they say. I’d say the entertainment is good, live bands daily. We had lunch once and the food was so so and the service was also so so.

The only appeal is that this is beachside with live music. Drinks weak, zero flexibility on menu (e.g. simple substitutions or requests couldn’t be done according to the waitress) and the food itself was genuinely terrible. My “fish tacos” tasted like twice frozen fish with...More

Love the island atmosphere, great views of the beach, volleyball area and the bandstand. A tropical paradise!

Description
12 miles of pristine coastline, and Tiki Hut is the only place to drink on the beach in Hilton Head Island. Equal parts local hideaway and the place to be, Tiki Hut offers 365 days of live music a year, with two different acts per day. The music calendar is curated with an eye for detail and an ear for guest preference. In a given week, musical acts range from reggae and funk, to country and top 40 cover bands. The expansion of Tiki Hut includes more cover - the hut itself has been expanded to twice its capacity. The space - open to guests for socializing, relaxing, and watching the pros play volleyball - hosts monthly themed Full Moon Parties and multi-day holiday events right on the beach. Guests enjoy the only toes in the sand, drinks in hand experience on Hilton Head Island, served by a famous crew of bartenders, some of whom have eclipsed their 20th anniversary behind the bar. Nosh on locally-sourced bar food from Chef Tim Nelson, who oversees Beach House's F&B operations. Iconic since 1977, a visit to Tiki Hut is not complete without taking home a shirt and bragging rights that you were here.
