Located in Bluffton SC, just over the bridge from Hilton Head is the quaint little restaurant in the Moss Creek Village. Chef Munjid, his wife Tammy and their team welcome you for some of the finest Mediterranean Cuisine in the Low Country. My wife and I visit HHI often, and normally we dine at the local and close restaurants on the island. This trip I wanted something different, and searched for Mediterranean food, and came across Olive & Fig Mediterranean Kitchen and was close enough to drive to, and we are glad that we did. We started with Tabouleh, Hummus and some Mezza items and were all exceptional. Then to the main course, I had the mixed grill platter, and wife had the Shawarma combination platter, and all were delicious, perfectly cooked and seasoned, and best of all moist and tender. The wine selection was big to satisfy us both, and the owners were so friendly and caring, and kept checking on us to make sure everything is as expected. The server knew all the items and was very polite and friendly, and when we asked her what was her favorite, she didn't lie when she said everything! We finished our visit with Arabic coffee and Baklava and friendly conversation with the owners, and looking forward to our next visit soon, and seeing our new friends Tammy and chef Munjid!

Everything was fresh and made in house. There were 4 of us and we started with 8 little "mezza" dishes. All were delish !! For emtrees we had fish, chicken, lamb and beef and everyone enjoyed their meals. Dessert was so different and yummy we had Kanafeh..definitely need to try it and friends had home made ice cream they said was amazing. Wine was good too and they have a full bar. Was definitely a great experience and I highly recommend trying!! We will be back !

If you are looking for a dining experience which the food is not from a freezer or fryer , this is your place! All the food is fresh and
Prepared to order. If you have special dietary needs such as keto or paleo or gluten free, there are precious few options other than here...the staff is friendly and the food is spiced and tasty to perfection. A true Mediterranean experience! Highly recommended!

Never expected to pay almost $20.00 for about 3 ounces of over cooked octopus as an appetizer.
Lamb at best was just fair.One skewer.
I dont think that dinner for 2 without desert and a middle of the road entree should cost $100.00.
Wont be back.

This place is usually pretty empty but thought we would try it - two weeks ago lunch with friends of shawarma, gyro, kafta and two salads. Pitas were stale, hard and flavorless, rotisserie lamb/beef had no spice and remaining fillings added nothing. So gave them another chance today had baked flatbread with eggplant "spread" olives, tomatoes and feta was just OK as was the chicken shawarma but todays pitas while still bland were not stale. Another complaint albeit minor our three iced tea's were warm. Wanted to like it but won't be back.

First of all our place is busy and never empty and I am sorry that you were disappointed about our pita as a I would like to educate you about what is the purpose of having bland bread, bread is used for sandwiches or dips or any kind of burgers and wraps the taste is with how you use the bread and not in the bread itself, our bread is not flavour for has any preservatives

This place is unique and a real treat. Super friendly owners, helpful and knowledgeable servers. If you like small plates, you can try 8 appetizers for $32! We loved just about everything we tried and can’t wait to do it again.

We were in Bluffton, South Carolina where not many restaurants are open on a Monday night at this time. We tried this restaurant for takeout since it was open and beside our hotel. I was amazed at good the food was, especially since it was take out. I ordered a mezza appetizer that was your choice of 4 items. The 3 stuffed grape leaves were the best I’ve ever had and it is a dish I always order. They were small in size and had great flavor. Tzatziki sauce was thick and rich. 2 spinach pies. No feta in these pies but pine nuts. Great spinach pies. Hummus was one of the best, topped with olive oil and served with pita. Husband’s Greek gyro platter was one of the best. Meat was greaseless and very tender. Full of flavor, not salty. Same tzatzi sauce.

We just blew into town and were searching for a restaurant "off the beaten path" and not flooded with tourists. After driving a few minutes away from our beachfront condo we made a few turns and spotted a sign for the Olive & Fig Mediterranean Cafe. We are fans of this food style and after scouting the joint we decided to give it a shot and we weren't disappointed. It was bustling for a Monday evening but we were seated right away and the maître d and her staff, while busy, were attentive and very personable and friendly. The fattoush salad was beautiful and very tasty and the entrees we selected, the chicken kabob and combination beef and chicken shawarma were among the best I've ever experienced. Overall service was fast, presentation was excellent, atmosphere was quint and cozy, and the prices were fair. I would highly recommend the Olive & Fig for anyone desiring quality mediterranean cuisine in the Hilton Head Island area.

my friends and i ( a group of 4 women) had dinner here to celebrate a birthday. the food was great, the chef and hostess ( who own olive & fig) were so nice and friendly and our server gerry was great! we actually came back about 6 days later with a different group of women ( 5 of us) for lunch. again! great.. btw i am not usually a fan of mediterranean food-but on both occasion i had the greek salad with shrimp and babagnoush with pita!! delicious, filling and healthy too! the soup today was lentil and the woman who ordered it said it was great!!

Delicious food made with high quality fresh ingredients. On our first visit we had the Olive and Fig lamb/beef burger which was delicious and the lamb/beef Kafta which was also outstanding. We liked the food so much that we had lunch the next day as well. Had the Beef Souvlaki and it was excellent with very tender beef and an amazing flavor. It is easy to tell that the dishes are prepared with pride and are some of the best Mediterranean food we’ve ever had.

My mother and I have eaten Mediterranean food all over the world. We’re of Greek descent, make this food at home, and I literally went to Israel for four months to eat hummus and zatar. The food at this restaurant is delicious and far beyond the usual. We are huge new fans, shout out to Paul our delightful waiter, and we will be back with friends soon.

What a wonderful surprise! I lead a group of ladies who lunch monthly on International cuisine which is a challenging thing here in the low country. However we recently discovered Olive And Fig Mediterranean Kitchen and what a great surprise. We dined on the Lebanese Mezza small plates and it was absolutely delicious. The restaurant is small and inviting and the staff was top notch and friendly. The owner Tammy, was very accommodating for our group of 20 women and the food that her husband prepared was outstanding. I highly recommend Olive And Fig if you’re ready for A change of pace and something besides seafood!

I am Lebanese and always searching for a good Mediterranean restaurant wherever I travel. If you haven't dinned at the Olive & Fig yet you are missing out big time. Their food is not just Mediterranean, it is clean, healthy & delicious. It wakes up your senses from the moment you enter the establishment. From inhaling the outstanding aromas to the tantalizing flavors awakening your taste buds to a new and wonderful experience.
I drive from Melbourne FL to North Carolina once a month. I always stop at the Olive & Fig Mediterranean Kitchen in Hilton Head SC for the most awesome experience. Believe me it is worth it. Try the tabooli salad it is authentic just like mom use to make. The lamb kabobs are tender & juicy never had better in my life.
I will be heading to Charlotte before the end of this month and cant wait to stop at the Olive & Fig in Hilton Head. Make sure to meet the chef and owner with his lovely wife.

Incredible flavor and spice in every dish, and very friendly, kind wait staff and owners!
My chicken kabob was cooked and marinated to perfection. Our hummus, kibbeh, falafel, and warak (grapeleaves) were perfectly made and were delicious. Although the main course was amazing, I would say the dessert was the best!
The knafeh we had was incredible! It was perfectly proportioned as it was served in a small cast iron skillet. The flavor and taste was really authentic and reminded me of my grandmother's.
Highly recommend this restaurant and it's delicious, authentic Arab food!

Superb. If I had to put a word with my dining experience at Olive and Fig Mediterranean Kitchen, it would be superb.
I was greeted with smiles the minute I walked into the restaurant. Not just from the hostess but from both servers that were working as well. The owner, Tammy, came over to greet us and she was more kind and welcoming than any other owner at any restaurant I have ever been to. The chef came over and made sure that all of the food that we ordered was cooked to our liking.
Don’t even get me started on the food… INCREDIBLE.
The mood in the restaurant was set to make me feel like I was truly having an authentic dining experience.
I am so impressed with the service, the authenticity, and the amount of passion that is aiding to the great success of this restaurant. Will be dining here every time I am in town.
Superb to the highest meaning of the word.
