Stopped in for a late bite - what a menu! We settled on Italian sausage pizza and Even lazier Paella (chicken). Gee what a surprise!! the pizza was out of this world and the chicken was so tasty. The seasonings of both dishes was perfect. The portions were somewhat Tapa sized and we split both dishes. Had a great wait... More

Our group of 8 friends enjoyed dining at this restaurant. They offer delicious small plates and entrees. The staff was tremendous. We will return!

Enjoyed an amazing lunch. The outdoor patio has beautiful views of the river walk. Enjoyed the sausage flatbread. Amazing! Also delicious was the seafood special which was tuna. Especially nice wine list.

8 of us went here based on a recommendation. Had some tapas that were good (goat cheese balls, olives and brussel sprouts). Potato soup with paprika was good. Flat breads and pizzas were ok but not great. Shrimp dish was not liked by those who had it. Thought wine prices were high. In spite of the location we all agreed... More

This location is perfect. It's located right next to the new Embassey Suites (beautiful). Restaurant is beautifully decorated and the view is stunning! My SIL had a fennel and sausage pizza, which she enjoyed! Nice wine and beer selection. We'll definately be back to have dinner-menu looked great!

I had lunch at the Lazy Goat and the food was good. View and ambiance are great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the portions are too small. I left hungry. I'm a 200 pound male, and this is more of a "light" salad kind of place. Other than that, the food is good.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a half a star so this is really 3.5. The location is wonderful and the service is great. We had a server named Leah who was very attentive and answered questions about the menu. We ordered a meat and cheese plate to start which was wonderful. We liked the muscles but didn't like the corn risotto.... More

I have wanted to dine here for a while and I finally was able to last night. First off it might be a bit hard to find but it is located just underneath the Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown Greenville. I would suggest a reservation if you are headed here on the weekend as it does get incredibly busy.... More

Being the first restaurant I ever dined in, in the "new" Greenville (vis a vis 20 years ago, which was pretty much only the Blockhouse!), I still want to return and return. I have thought about why this is. Hmmm. Menu is creative, yet approachable. Staff is cordial, professional, smart, and warm. Location is possibly the very best of all... More

The Lazy Goat is a Mediterranean-themed restaurant with a menu featuring global influences from Spain, Morocco, Italy, France, Greece, Africa and the Middle East and a relaxed atmosphere where taking the time to "linger and share" is encouraged. The diverse menu was created to accommodate a variety of diner preferences with meat & cheese plates, small plates to “graze and nibble,” and main dishes. Guests are invited to take their time while "trying a little bit of that and a little bit of that" or a "whole lot of whatever they like".
