We usually go to this establishment at least once a month. The food is excellent, the service usually is as well. However tonight it was far from that. We ordered food for 8 people, spending almost $100. My husband picked up the food. When we...got it home we were kissing a small order of rice and the sauce for sweet and sour chicken. I called and spoke to someone and they apologized and said they would bring it right out to our house. Shorty after ending the call the owner called me back stating that she took my order and we didn't order the rice. I told her I know for a fact I did because I ordered two orders of chicken to go with the 2 orders of rice and got both of them. She continued to argue with me saying they wouldn't bring out the rice because we didn't pay for it. After a few minutes I told her that was fine and we wouldn't be ordering from them again and just hung up as she continued to argue at me.
A driver came out with the sauce only and was very apologetic. I told him it wasn't his problem and thanked him.
I will miss the food, but after I was treated so poorly, there are other places I can get the same quality food.More
