This place is superb! Excellent river side seating..one of a kind ancient interior decor...outstanding food. We had the grouper appetizer and the fried shrimp platter. Some of the best we've ever had and the shrimp were the local sweet meat type. AND the prices are half what you would pay in Charleston!! And with a better waterside view. We will... More

food was very good; great on the water; but the service was poor! You could tell our server didn't really want to work at least that particular day. She was saved by another whom we asked for anything from napkins, silverware, sweetener to beverage refills. She was even slow with the check; I am sure she expected a tip of... More

We had a great time. The fish tasted fresh and seasoned very well. The kids enjoy all the decorations to keep them busy. We will go back on our next time thru.

Not only is the food very good, the decor is old and charming. The service was excellent. Overlooking the marina is a bonus.

Fathers Day was a busy day for dining out but the old Fish House was very accommodating on seating us and letting us change tables when the air conditioning was too cold for my elderly mother. The gumbo and grouper fingers were great as well as the oyster PO' boy. Great location and atmosphere. Want to go back soon.

Decent seafood, a little pricey, good service, nice seating around riverfront. Kids feeding turtles and alligator French fries. Annoying to have to smell cigarette smoke from diners who can't live more than a few minutes without one. Otherwise, a nice stop on the harbor walk. Go down to Sweeties Sweets for an ice cream or a praline candy. very nice... More

Good service and a decent meal. We sat outside, which we rarely prefer to do, and it was quite nice. Food was pretty good, but the key lime pie was probably some of the best I have ever had. It is a bit pricey, though, since it is on the boardwalk: $69 for scallops for me and crab salad for... More

A dilapidated old fish house is a charming stop for a drink and light meal. Seating is somewhat unusual and tables lined the through-way and wrapped around to a small dining room. The draw is the bar stool seating on the deck overlooking the boardwalk and inter-coastal waterway. Be prepared to wait for premium seating on a busy day. My... More

We were here last week, happened to find this place for lunch. She-crab soup is to die for - half the bowl was crab meat . , , butter floating on top of the soup . . . to die for flavor. I also had raw oysters - huge serving, excellent; my husband had a shrimp cocktail, the best, he... More

We stopped here while on vacation based on a recommendation from a friend. The food was good, I was happy to see that they had something besides seafood, as I am not a huge seafood fan. I got the cheeseburger and fries. I got a ton of food. However I ordered a water and a sprite. She came to fill... More
