This is a great seafood restaurant overlooking Murrell's inlet from the south end of Garden City Beach. Prices are very reasonable and there is a good selection of seafood to choose from. We all had some variation of their seafood platter and the food was lightly breaded and cooked just right. Service is excellent. This is one restaurant that has... More

Thanks to Chris Hurlock for a wonderful experience. We had a wonderful time and fabulous meal. Morgan was a wonderful server! Crab cakes and crab legs were a hit. From a foodie it was a great spot to be! Thanks!

We had a delicious dinner at this upscale restaurant in Garden City Beach. Service was excellent and so was the food. Seafood is definitely their specialty and everyone in our party was pleased with their meal. The sunset over Murrell's Inlet was beautiful! A great place for dinner...but very busy, so reservations advised.

This is a great location for a mid-evening dinner because it offers a fantastic view of the sunset. The food is well worth the trip, too. Our group of five all had different entrees and no one was disappointed. I had the Cioppino and it was delicious.

We have eaten here and gotten carry out. It is moderately priced but very good. Our last visit we got the firecracker prawns. Not sure why they're named that. They are not spicy at all but were good. Last night we also had the flounder and shrimp and shrimp and scallops both with creamed spinach. It was very good but... More

Our 3 couples enjoyed a nice meal with great ambiance but our server (Jenny) had a RUDE attitude. We arrived at our table cheerfully looking forward to a wonderful time. Our server arrived with short, choppy sentences; no smile, no pleasant greeting, nothing! The Oysters Rockefeller were the worst I've ever had, LOADED with a thick crust of cheddar cheese.... More

Voted “best restaurant with a view” and “most romantic” by The Sun News; Gulfstream Cafe is the only restaurant on the Strand overlooking the ocean on one side and Murrells Inlet on the other. Watch the sun set from the upstairs bar or deck and savor the creamy She-Crab soup, jumbo lump Crab Cakes, daily catch or Southern favorites- such as fried Lobster Tail. Offering something for everyone: live music, seasonal Oyster Roasts and Sunday brunch with a build your own Bloody Mary bar. Located at the south end of Garden City next to Marlin Quay Marina.
