Locals and tourists will rave about the Lost Dog. It offers many of your standard breakfast/lunch options with a few alternative dishes. Service is rushed, place is cramped and food is average. Expect a long wait during peak season and hours.

My Hubby and I ate at Lost Dog for First time yesterday here on beautiful Folly Beach! I had their Eggs Benedict that was perfect! The Sauce was so flavorful!! Hubby had Southern BLT which had Pimento cheese and a fried green tomato on it! Please try this local Cafe...a Treasure for sure!!!!

We got there around 8 on a Saturday morning with our dog and were promptly seated outside. There were bowls of water for our dog, which was nice. We got coffee right away, our server was on the ball. My husband had huevos rancheros, which he said was good. I had a breakfast burrito with sausage that was huge! The... More

Reviews on this cafe were all good so we gave it a try. Everything was great for the entire family. Muffins very fresh & warm, fruit bowl all fresh and ripe, pancakes great with real maple syrup, unique eggs Benedict, very tasty. Going back again tomorrow morning.

This is my favorite breakfast joint of all time. Not only can you get a gourmet coffee drink, you can get local and unique dishes in addition to your standard breakfast fare. The daily specials are always on point (banana bread french toast!!). I will admit it is a little pricey for breakfast but you truly get what you pay... More

Very busy small local restaurant. Great breakfast spot with good bloody Mary's. Interior is a tribute to "lost dogs" pictures of current and past dogs on all the walls. Wonderful dog pic's of every variety. Loved the food and the place!

A really popular place. Couldn't find parking our first time. Our second time wasn't an issue. Very noisy inside but well worth it. The service was okay and the food was excellent.

Love this restaurant and always recommend it to friends and family. There can be quite a wait for a table on the weekend, but it is worth it! The patio is a lot of fun, with all of the dogs joining their owners for breakfast and lunch. Mason jar Bloody Marys, crab cake Eggs Bennie, fresh fruit and strong coffee....the... More

A favorite place of ours since moving to James Island this past spring. Quirky little house tucked away in the shade of trees with a beautiful patio area. And you can bring your dog which is always a bonus. The inside walls are filled with framed photos of dogs, I just love it. And the food...the food is worth the... More
