If I lived there, this place would be my hangout and go-to bar outside. Leila was out bartender and she was so nice and very attentive. Never sat there waiting for another drink, never had to get her attention to order food or more drinks...because she was constantly checking on us and the bar was really busy and it was just her. We stayed there through the next shift and were sad to see her go becuse Joe, the bartender who showed up, was pretty nasty to Leila and us as well. We were joking with him that he wasn't as cute as Leila and he got really pissy abut it. Another bartender, Brooke, was a sweetheart too. Food was good but I honestly don't remember what we had! Would definitely return to Loggerheads on our next visit to Charleston. I would love to stay in Folly Beach but we go for the Bridge run and that would be too far away.More
We had dinner here, I ordered the halibut and my partner ordered the fish tacos. Both entrees were really good, beer was cold and they had live music which made for a nice evening out on their deck. This was odd though - the halibut...was served over mashed potatoes, seemed an odd side choice. Unless you love mashed potatoes, I'd recommend ordering a different side - the halibut was amazing!More
It is always a great time. We had a great waitress. The food is great. The music was amazing. And, they kept our drinks full. We love to sit outside and listen to the music. Try the shrimp and fish tacos!
It was an awesome from the moment we walked in for lunch to the moment we left. And I wish we also ate dinner here and not a The Washout.
The atmosphere is beach all the way; the staff is very friendly, fast, and kind;...and the food was delish. It’s been a long time since I saw Manhattan clam chowder on a menu and it didn’t disappoint me. The salad I ordered with it was great too. My family members enjoyed their food just as much. Thanks to the person who recommended Longgerheads to us,More
We were a group of 9, everyone loved their meals. Service was outstanding. Portions were very generous. Anyone who didn’t share their entree had leftovers to enjoy the following day. If there is rain, get there early or plan to wait because they lose outside...seating. We tried to get in earlier in the week and the wait was 2+ hours. Because of the size of our group we went at about 5:00 the next time and we’re seated immediately.More
Delicious and great service. Chris was our server and was so nice. Recommended a great local beer and was very attentive and kind. Had the crab dip, crab cakes, flounder, shrimp and onion rings and all were delicious. Great end to out beach day!
