Regular country buffet items. The sweet potato casserole was definitely well done. The Mac and cheese was very good. The cabbage was a cooked a little too much for my liking. The banana pudding was very good. The BBQ was good and so was the slaw, hush puppies had no taste at all. The price was not bad and included... More

A lot of people really like Roger's BBQ, but I did not think it was all that great. Both times I had it were for fundraisers (it is really cool that they support local causes with fundraisers), which was a pulled pork plate. It was good pork (vinegar-based sauce) but it wasn't just fantastic. It just seemed like your average... More

Delicious homemade soul food and desserts. Always delicious and always a great place to stop and eat while visiting from Tennessee.

Best food I've eaten at a resturant, ever! They have a great selection of good southern home cooking. Several dishes I've never heard of like liver hash. Don't miss out on this gem if you're ever in the Florence area.

This was our first time eating here. Everyone was impressed with the selections and quality of the food. The temperature of the food was hot. We all made two trips to the buffet bar and tried different items on both trips. The bbq was very good and there were several varieties offered. We would definitely eat here again.

I haven't eaten here in years because I moved but we stopped in thos past Saturday and I really enjoyed it. Truth be told, we were heading to another restaurant when we saw it. Both of us kind of said, "Hey!!!!! I haven't eaten there in years!" And, just like that, we turned around and pulled in to Rogers. (Tubbs,... More

I refuse to spend money in NC until they repeal their new anti LGBT law so I drove straight through the state on my way to FL to Florence for my BBQ. A local guy recommended Roger's and it was a very good choice. It is an all you can eat buffet, a style of eating I normally won't do... More

This is a genuine Southern BBQ restaurant. This place is golden. It has the moist, succulent, tangy BBQ of South Carolina. Vinegar-based seasoning makes this some of the best BBQ in the South. The buffet is loaded with good food: ribs, chicken, fat back, lima beans, corn, sweet potato soufflé, and of course they serve sweet tea. For desert we... More

I've been there about 3 or 4 times in the last month and a half and every time has been AWESOME. Some of the best fried chicken I've tasted! Really liked the spicy bbq, mac and cheese, cole slaw, bbq chicken(basically everything aside from maybe the veggies and casserole option. Oh yeah and the price was around 9.90 with tax and... More
