Convenient location is right off I (for infernal) 95 highway, within walking distance of most motels. I had a steak dinner here that was excellent, quickly cooked, and not a lot of money. I didn’t try the salad bar.
Traveling to Charleston, SC and stopped in Florence for lunch. Told my husband there was a sign for Quincy's and he said "no way"! I said yep and they are open! We headed in both of us got the buffet! The croissants were delicious. Our...server brought us out a basket of those and some yeast rolls! Just like old times! She also said she would get us a baked potato or baked sweet potato if we wanted one. Everyone treated us so well. We had to wear a glove to get out food but that wasn't a problem. Everything was so good! So much food to choose from. There were beef ribs, fried chicken, bbq chicken, meatloaf, country style steak, shrimp, fish and on and on! We will surely stop here again!
We went to Quincy's while we traveling on I-95. This is old school like Westen Sizzelin,
Western Steer were back in the 80's. They have an order line and a Buffett. The prices are inexpensive and the food is good and plentiful. They are just...off the interstate and easy to get to quickly. It is nothing fancy, but clean and filling. We will eat there again.More
Quincy's is our favorite restaurant, bar none. We have been eating at Quincy's for years. Unfortunately after the Corporation closed there are only a couple left and this is one of them. We have never gotten a bad meal, bad servers, or bad attitudes. We...go out of our way when we travel up and down the east coast just to eat here. We have even driven from Georgia all the way here just to eat. Headed to Florence next week and will be eating there several times.More
Me and my husband spent a night in Florence. We visited this "all you can eat" restaurant. We were so surprised how delicious food they served. They have 6 large buffet tables with huge choices of all kind of food. Restaurant was clean, servers were...very kind. Everything was excellent. Restaurant offers discount for seniors. Love it. We will definitely come back.More
This place is a buffet restaurant with around a half dozen rows of hot foods, salads, and desserts. Similar to a Golden Corral, without the grill - one pays up front and a waitress is assigned to your table. The service was good for a...buffet place. The waitress was friendly but not attentive enough to realize that my water was actually Sprite. The food was ok, albeit a bit dry - kind of a standard buffet experience really. The steak was ok, but it was not steakhouse quality - more like home pan fried quality. Nothing wrong with that, but not really the flame broiled/grilled experience we were looking for at this time.More
Hi Forky Here! I hate that my first Tripadvisor review has to be a terrible one but I visited Quincy's yesterday and it was a MESS! I counted 15 DIRTY TABLES - 5 of which went uncleaned the entire time I was there eating. We...let 2 older ladies sit at our table so they had a clean place to eat. My Medium steak came out Burnt on the outside & RARE on the inside. The Waitress took my steak back AND BROUGHT THE SAME STEAK BACK TO MY TABLE! Burnt more on the outside and now DRY and OLD! NOT WORTH IT! Not The Quincy's that was great back in the day! You really dropped the bomb on this one Q Florence!More
We were looking fir something quick, other than fast food, on our long drive. We saw a lot of cars in the parking lot and thought that was a good sign, we opted for the buffet, and were pleased with the selection. The salad bar...was fresh and had a great selection. There are so many choices, including fried and baked chicken, fried and baked pork chops, meatloaf, fish, Mac and cheese two ways, and so many other things to choose from. For dessert there was a cobbler, banana pudding ,and ice cream. The rolls they brought to the table were warm, and drizzled with honey I think. Servers were excellent.More
