You really can not go wrong eating here. I don't see how they handle the crowds so efficiently - there is always a table opening up and if you do wait it is not long. Breakfast offers something for everyone.I usually have something simple - grits eggs and bacon and of course biscuits. They have just about anything you want... More

This was the best place we ate on the island this year....nice waitress, good food, great ambience. The pies were too tempting to pass on and that was the right decision. Love the motiff.

...that was worth the wait. I love my grits when down south, but their home-style or country fries were yummy. Has a good local reputation for all meals, but can only speak first-hand for the breakfast, and would go there again.

Kids ate here. Said it was nice little change for sandwiches to drop by and have lunch. Nothing fancy.

Had breakfast there twice, both times meals were excellent. Good menu selection, best biscuits and gravy ever.

Looking forward to going after reading reviews. All 5 of us were disappointed. Tuna special was nothing special. Salads came before appetizer. Service was slow. Zero ambiance. Collards cold. Scallops slightly undercooked. Calamari very good.

We had gone here in our last visit to Edisto Island and couldn't wait to come back this time. It was our first meal. My husband didn't even look at the menu; he got the shrimp po' boy. I got a hamburger. Bot we're really good. The staff was great. We came back for our last meal before we left.... More

Fresh and well prepared food. They run out of popular items and the dining room is full most nights. We ate here twice in one weeks' stay with our party of nine. They accommodated our large party very well.
