Lunch during Covid

Lady who works with me and I ate lunch there last week. Almost did not verify they were open but glad we did. With the empty street and cones that were in front made it looked closed. They are open and serving a very quality lunch. They don't have the buffet due to covid but they do have a very good limited menu lunch. She got roast beef and potatoes sides. Seriously her plate was large enough for two people, mine may should have been but I managed to handle it. I got baked chicken and fried okra, Brussel sprouts and asparagus. Our plates were really loaded and large plates, wish I had a ruler and taken picture of them. Had to wait maybe 10 minutes for some to be cooked but really pleased we verified they were not closed but open. Was not crowed, afraid many think they are closed and their price is little higher than before but for a great full lunch in fine location don't think you will top it. Understand they are also open on Thursday and Friday evening and a different setup. Call and find out what they have. If you are wanting a great lunch in Conway, don't think you will be disappointed.

Overpriced undercooked

There was 7 of us. It was our first (and only) visit. Although there was a sign up front regarding the fact that they are understaffed due to people no longer wanting to work so service is slow, it was excruciating. And then to have the food arrive either undercooked or overcooked was sad. One meal was actually COLD! Will not return.

As you may know staffing has been an issue recently and we apologize for your unpleasant visit. Coppers staff encourage you to come and give us a second try. Not what we expected based on reviews

Disappointing…French onion soup was served with a hamburger bun bottom instead of French bread or croutons on to of soup! Weird and wasn’t even a toasted bun to try to make it passable. Also got the beef Dominique and the shitake mushroom stems were woody and tough. They should’ve trimmed them. The best thing by far was the chocolate layer cake. It was great! The wait staff were very nice.

Never again

Ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer and the bacon was raw. Told the waitress but still was charged 8.95 for it. Very disappointed but the worse was yet to come. Ordered the stacked chicken and was served a rubbery chicken breast with no flavor or seasoning. It had a piece of what looked like a square piece of cheese on top that wasn’t even melted. But the worst part is that it was pink and undercooked. Needless to say I could not eat it. Very disappointed and would recommend you find somewhere else to eat in Conway.

We are terribly sorry for your experience. This is not the standard of quality that we expect our customers to experience. Just like most restaurants we have had staffing issues although that is not an excuse. We encourage you to please give us another try. If you decide to try us again please ask for a manager. We will make sure you are taken care of and accommodated.

Amazing Food and Customer Service

If you are looking for great food, whether lunch or dinner, Copper's Restaurant will not disappoint. Their ribs , drinks and live entertainment was the perfect combination for me. Very welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Definitely a must try if you are in the area. Great job Copper's !!

First visit and it was fun!!!! Chicken wings were good. Lots of them and meaty. Crab cake and shrimp were tasty and the cheeseburger was ok. The bartenders were very attentive and everyone there was super friendly. I’m sure I will be back!! And the outside entertainment AWESOME IDEA!!

A little off the path but worth the effort

We ate outside on the sidewalk w/ a large group. The wait staff was excellent and the food outstanding. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful but it was too nice a day to stay in. They also have a back patio w/ live music on weekends. We were in the area for 10 days. Might be the best meal we had!

Great burgers. The staff is friendly and didn't mind our extra little requests. The beer is cold. Meal portions were very nice.

Great food and Great service

Great Little Restaurant

We stopped in for lunch. We got the Chinese chicken salad and it was delicious. This is a small but very cool quaint restaurant. My husband and I want to come back for dinner very soon.

Great place to go when you are hungry for good food

Sunday brunch

Buffet with lots of choices, lovely fresh salad bar. The fried chicken is really good, nice and crisp and well seasoned.breakfast casserole was very tasty. Hard to choose which dessert so had a little of three, bread pudding, banana pudding and peach cobbler! So good! Price was 15.00 for adults so very reasonable.

Wonderful Buffet!

Cute little restaurant which features a home style buffet. The day we were there, they had turkey, ham, fried chicken and loads of wonderful sides. The apple cobbler, peach cobbler and banana pudding were very tasty - so save room so that you can try a little of each. Staff were extremely friendly and very efficient. At $11.40 for the whole thing - very economical too!!

Very good buffet

The food is always fresh. The salad bar has a lot to offer, and includes fruit as well. They do run out of fried chicken, so don't be late! Good variety of choices. After 1:00, most of the items were not hot. The corn chowder was good and very hot. Nice selection of dessert items too - if you still have room! All for the price of $11.40! Can't be beat! Daily menu posted on chalk board outdoors.
