First time eating here...food was great, perfect place for lunch because they were extremely fast with serving our food, and overall service was good but she was a little untrained...coming to the table every 5 minutes was a bit much for me

We had four families (students and their parents) meet after a crazy weekend of football and fun at USC. We had a reservation so seating was no problem. Great service through out the evening. Sports bar in nature so everyone was able to talk about their team. Lots of college football going on. Really enjoyed our time . If you... More

Inquired about the fries and was told that they are beer battered fries that come delivered frozen. The fries has a weird taste to them, not like a potato at all.

Was in the mood for wings and wanted to be close to the house after graduation. Walked in, got a booth. Guy took our order, we were starving - took a long time for wings and "chips" so he told us sorry, I asked for a salad and my companion asked about dessert, he picked apple pie or something. Anyway,... More

Love this place. The very best Baby Back Ribs in Columbia! Have tried a number of other places, but Carolina Ale House is absolutely the very best. We try to come on Wednesday nights because of the Baby Back Rib special. Madison, our server, was fantastic. Definitely recommend and will definitely return.

Everything you would want in a sports bar, lots of TVs to watch your favorite sports, tasty food, pool tables and friendly staff. Meal for three with no alcoholic beverages was $34, beware of the tax rate-9%, it really adds to the tab, plus tip. The buffalo honey wings were great, nice heat with a touch of sweetness. Two of... Fun, busy place to eat with the family! You can play pool while waiting for your food, although the wait is not very long! Plenty of TVs to watch the game if you want. Food & drinks were plenty to choose from. Ribs, wings & burgers were really good.

My sister and I ate here and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was delicious and our server Joti was the sweetest lady I have ever met! She helped my little sister set up a tour at USC.

My wife and I decided to give Caroline Ale House a try for the first this afternoon and it was an enjoyable experience. It was mid afternoon and not many people there so it was quite. The place had a number of large screen TVs and would be a great place to watch sporting events. The waitress was friendly and... More
