It's been awhile since I've had a chance to go back to Solstice. It didn't disappoint and was excellent as usual. Food and service are the best.

Solstice is a great place for fine dining and experiencing different and creative flavors. Everything we ordered was was well made and tasted fantastic. I highly recommend saving room for dessert. The waitress was very attentive and helpful . The dinner menu is pretty pricey, so be prepared to spend some money; but it's worth every penny.

Dined with family in the private alcove for a milestone birthday to remember! Magnificent Mohitos led to an incredible cup of Andouille Sausage, Red Bean & Kale Stew featuring green onions and a petite buttermilk biscuit followed by a cooked-to-perfection Flat Iron Steak in a red wine reduction with fresh buttered spinach and frites-- all accompanied by a glass of... Our server checked in often, and was very friendly, offering wines for tasting. The bread was great. my salad was good, and I had a Thai vegetarian entree which was tasty and plentiful, but I would have enjoyed a side dish just for variety of tastes. My husband said his steak was just average. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting.

One of our favorites when we're sticking close to home (though it was worth the drive when home was downtown, too). We fond that service isn't always great in Columbia, but Solstice has been the exception to that - their waitstaff is very knowledgeable and attentive in all the right ways. The menu items and cocktails available are always inventive... More

Solstice is located in NE Columbia, away from its peers (Saludas, Oak Table, Motor Supply, and Tombo) and as such is the best option in this part of town. Food quality is great, service is strong, however price is a bit high compared to its rivals. Our party ordered three steaks, all cooked just as requested, and one order of... More

We dined at Solstice on Saturday, July 23. We had 8 people for a surprise birthday dinner. Our order consisted of 5 fillets, two fish specials and a rib-eye steak. When the meal came, three of the fillets were not cooked correctly. Two of the people just kept theirs, although the host barely ate any of his. My wifes' steak... More

The meal was excellent, start-to-finish. Excellent service. The coup-de-grace was the buttermilk cake with fresh berries and creme anglaise. WOW.

Enjoyable place to grab lunch or appetizers. I like better than the sister restaurant, Mr. Friendly's. This place won't disappoint adults looking to socialize or relax. Good birthday spot too.
