This is an absolute gem - southern hospitality and excellent greasy spoon dishes. Place your order at the counter, grab your drink and a table, they bring the food to you - yelling your name to find ya. I hear the coffee is great, but there's a dunkin and starbucks next door so I didn't partake. Had a breakfast burrito... More

Having worked in Clemson and the surrounding area for many years, PBD has long been one of my favorite lunch spots. I met some of my former co-workers there last week and the food is still just as good. My favorite is the Greek roll-up and there were also salads and sandwiches ordered by the others. Even though classes had... More

A long time ago before there were restaurants serving healthy gourmet food at affordable prices, the Pot Belly Deli was there. Years ago when I lived in Clemson I used to go there to get a smoked salmon bagel or a fresh mozzarella sandwich, and a cappuccino (the Starbuck wasn't there yet). I'm back in Clemson now, and the Pot... More

Three of us ate on a Sunday after church. Obviously it is a VERY popular place for college students to eat. The food was excellent. You place your order at the counter and they call you to come pick it up when it is ready. I prefer being waited on. The noise level was so bad that we couldn't really... More

I had heard this was a good place and it did not disappoint. Ate with my wife and daughter and all three of us enjoyed their meal. I had the Philly cheese steak, and it was great. Many places that serve sandwiches use sub rolls that are too large and the bread distracts from the flavor of the sandwich, but... More

We stopped here for lunch after a tour of Clemson University. It was great food and a really cute place. Reuben was a thumbs up!

When you go often enough you get hooked on your favorite sandwich like me. I have tried a number of the ones frequently listed on the board and some are better than others but none bad. Not usually mentioned, it also depends on who makes the sandwich because at times the meat portion is very different, thin kind of rankles... More

Loved the environment. Food was awesome - Coffee, not so much. The atmosphere is perfect if you want to feel like a college local. We really enjoyed it!
