We were fortunate enough to visit on a Saturday afternoon and observe the Carnival Fantasy depart from the pier from inside the restaurant. Our food was excellent and the service was good. The She Crab Soup was superb, it was well worth the money. If you're in Charleston give it a try.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but this is Charleston traditional dining. Had lunch here by recommendation of friends and it was fantastic. Traditional Southern Charleston food with great service at reasonable pricing! Throw in a waterfront view and you get a GREAT CHARLESTON EXPERIENCE! Everything you expect when dining in this great city. Can't wait to go back!!!!!

Lovely place to have good food and a view of the Charleston Harbor. Outside dining or in, it is always a blast.

We came here based on a recommendation and after we realized Hank's Seafood was not open for lunch. I ordered the pimento cheeseburger with bacon and my husband ordered the fish sandwich. Both were ok. The burger was pretty dry and surprisingly lacking flavor even though it was medium rare and piled with pimento cheese and bacon. My husband said... More

This was our first visit to this place and we were not disappointed. The food was great along with the view. Our waiter was friendly and very helpful. Also looking out into the water was even better while eating.

This place is very good and along with that can be very busy. We tried going there for dinner later on a Saturday (930pm) and there was still about a half an hour wait. We decided to find something else since we were hungry and went back from brunch the next day. My wife had the shrimp and grits and... More

Fleet Landing did a great job, we were amazingly lucky to get Roseanna as our server who did an amazing job, kept us happy, entertained and well fed. Lunch was great, shrimp, the fish specials were excellent. Thanks and we will be back.

Great seafood and low country choices. Beautiful views of the water and service was very good. They also have a small dedicated parking lot out front. Restaurant also offers kid meals, but they don't have a published kids menu.
