I was in the Charleston area when it happened to be my granddaughter's birthday so she and I were going to go out to lunch for her birthday between her college classes. This restaurant is down by the water and I had been there before so when she mentioned it, there we went! They have very good, fresh seafood. We... More

Started out with a couple appetizers: oysters and calamari. Wonderful choices! For dinner we had Shrimp and Grits and Yellowfin Tuna. Delicious! Made reservations prior and had no issues. Sat outside on the porch, lovely evening!

My wife and I were visiting Charleston and we asked many people where to go for a great lunch, 80% of them suggested Fleet Landing. So we gave it a go, and we had no regrets on that decision. The staff was great, when my wife ordered her lunch and tried it, it was too spicy for her taste, they... More

I was hoping to like this place a little better. The She Crab Soup was underwhelming and the seafood filled hush puppies were a little fishy. I enjoyed my Wreck fish with the lemon butter dill sauce and garlic mashed potatoes. The fish was cooked well . My husband enjoyed his shrimp and grits. My cocktail was good, they had... More

A friend who had eaten several times at Fleet Landing recommended the triggerfish. She was right; it was delicious, and perfectly cooked. My husband also enjoyed his fish & chips.

Choose Fleet Landing for a pre-dinner cocktail but not dinner. Charleston has many, many, many superior dining choices. Stuffed hush puppies good. Salmon fresh catch edible but not so "fresh". Trigger fish good. Staff was wonderful and very attentive.

This was our second visit to Fleet's and again we were very satisfied with our choice. We made reservations online, which was very efficient. We were promptly seated when we arrived. We sat on the porch, and it was quieter and more romantic than the other areas. It's covered in cold weather and pleasant. I ordered the trigger fish with... More

We came here for Saturday brunch 11:30 ish. No wait but by the time we left around 12:45 the parking lot was filled and there was going to be a wait. I wanted to try the shrimp and grits Charleston is known for- my husband chose the eggs benedict with crabcake- The eggs were perfectly poached and the biscuit lovely.... More

We just wandered up on this place after visiting Waterfront Park. The food was worth the wait. The triggerfish and grits are amazing....along with the service. We even got a "Hi Ya'll" The people of Charleston are so gratuitous....this is a must !

Always our favorite place to dine while in the beautiful city of Charleston SC. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes during the busy season, however it is well worth the wait. Food and service is always consistently good. Clean and well organized even during peak time.
