Friendly, attentive service. Good food and generous portions with slightly lower than average prices for Charleston. Nice, festive atmosphere with well-placed acoustic panels that, given the size of the place, make the noise levels very bearable. Nice outdoor seating area lets you more closely experience the water view (chairs not as comfortable as inside though) while also enjoying the inside... More

We were seated on teh heated porch with a water view. Our server was very helpful in guiding us to choose good menu items since we are new to southern food. It was all excellent. We ate trigger fish and collard greens. I would not hesitiate to go back there or reccommend it to others. One of the best.

When heading to Charleston we always try and leave N.C in time to make Fleet Landing for lunch. Almost without exception the weather is perfect and we can sit on the porch. We have never ordered anything that was not prepare to perfection. The fried calamari are outstanding and you cannot go wrong with the fried oysters and shrimp. Our... More

We stopped at Fleet Landing for a seafood dinner while in Charleston. Everything we ordered was outstanding. We sat outside on their patio on the water. We each ordered a cocktail and then ordered some oysters and she-crab soup as an appetizer. Both were outstanding. We then ordered the Swordfish and the Low Country Seafood Pasta. Both were outstanding. The... More

We went for dinner while in Charleston last week. We were seated promptly at a water view table. The food was excellent and not over priced. Our server was Renee and she was very attentive and provided excellent service. Manager Katy also was very attentive and made sure we were being served to our satisfaction. She also treated us to... One of the few truly waterfront restaurants. Menu is affordable, outdoor patio and bar give it that "beachy"' type feel. Signature burger was so good as were the corn puppies.

Had a late lunch with several appetizers (artichoke dip, calamari) fried fish sandwiches and crab cakes and house-made desserts (key lime pie was excellent). Really good lunch with excellent service, reasonable prices and a good view. A solid mid-range restaurant for good seafood.

We went to this restaurant as we had remembered it from our last visit to Charleston 12 years ago. And it was just as good as we remember. We were seated promptly, water glasses filled and our order taken in a timely manner. We started out with the She-crab soup which was some of the best I have ever had.... More
